I have thoroughly enjoyed watching your videos! You've done a great job! They have given me a good understanding of what it would be like to hike both the CT and the TRT. Also, love the music! It is so soothing...hope you never change it!
Hello 👋 my outdoors friend, greetings from Northern California. Thank you for sharing this beautifully filmed, informative video. Take good care of yourself and stay safe out there. 😎 😊
Glad you enjoyed Desolation! Next up the Echo to Showers section. Showers is a popular spot. Then wrap around the bottom and into Big Meadow and back up to Armstrong and Star. After that Kingsbury!
Another very nice video. Well balanced with communication and panorama visuals, moving and stationary. Great choice in music. I don’t know if you’re using a phone or camera to shoot, but you should get a microphone windscreen AKA “Dead Cat” to eliminate wind noise. Overall, very peaceful and enjoyable to watch. I’ve been watching hiking vlogs for ten years now and you do a great job.
@@hounddoghiker9021 total amateur here ;-), I’m just using an iPhone . Yes, I tried to minimize the wind noise because I know it’s jarring but the app I use to edit doesn’t really help. Thanks for the hint on the microphone. I’m really glad you are enjoying the videos. I just try to be myself!
Thank you so much! They are knee braces, I struggle with a lot of knee pain. They help but definitely don’t prevent the pain. But thankfully my knees understood the assignment on this hike. ;-)

@@BrawndoDrinker yep! Not much longer! I loved all the lakes!
Love how you film. Your POV with small narrative interludes. Makes me (us) feel like we are the trail with you.
@@hankremer6606 I’m so happy you feel that way!
@@hiking_heather sometimes folks have too many shots of themselves coming and going. It can lose its authenticity. I like your style.
