Harstem, your hydra build is gold. I'm playing it in every ZvT and ZvP now. It's a joy to just crush unexpecting Terrans with hydras in the early midgame. Which, like, is a thing you can do. It's incredible.
I used to play SC1. Recently I wanted to start playing SC2. When I realized I am getting cannon rushed constantly then I stopped playing. Its fun to watch but playing with this in the game makes me don't want to play.
Kevin, mate. 8 min in, having locked totally and instead of having 2 or 3 colossuses you torment us with blinkers. When I first started walling people in you were 3 years in. Here is how you can improve the walling with cannons. Correctly you place a pylon at the entrance to his main gate, then with the second prob you go and place two more pylons behind his base. This would do two things; it would force him to stop mining and try to kill the pylons. Say thay he does not do that, he still have dedicate a zealot or stalker the pylon behind his main base, while you are free to do what you want at the front. Next, he is walled in, you need two cannons and two batteries. Once this is done you leave it and go hard straight at Colossuses or tempest. You will have your first by minute 7. That is all. He can only beat you if he is faster to tempest or colossus
5:45 im confused, why not just build a cannon a few pixels forward so it hits the nexus...then they have to rush you or lose the nexus and won't be able to produce void rays....
If that many probes come down the ramp wall them off from returning to mine. You can put 2 or 3 pylons at the top of the ramp. Small investment to trap probes from returning.

Its annoying as fuck because you have to know right away that the opponent will attempt the cannon rush and by the time the probe arrives to investigate it is already too late. Either you start with the forge right away or you're screwed.
Omg, this guy is not good. When you play this type of cannonrush vs zerg, why he didn't tell you to build a robo? This is so obvious. A couple of Immorals and prizm has so strong micro potential.
@xayadsc3706 he is good in CR, i agree, but in the last couple of videos with Harstem, when CR goes wrong, it seems like he doesn't know what to do better. So in the last game, Harstem made his own decision, coz he knows how to play in this situation. But I agree that this guy is good in cannon rush, coz when you don't know what to do if CR went wrong, it could mean that most of your CR was successful 😉

because it's a rush to have defense vs the incoming voids. The voids will always kill your canons to end the game.

Yeah he's so bad he got 5900 MMR very recently with cannon rush only.
