You should consider the opposite of a to-do list: a log. A daily log every day saying what you did, putting in links and such. It'll make your life way easier without all the anxiety.
As a professional musician and band director, I’m constantly surrounded by music which is most people’s hobby. So on my downtime I actually listen to a lot of audiobooks and do things that are not musical at all. It’s just cool to see what people do in their spare time and how it’s always vastly different from person-to-person. But I do some volunteer work, playing in a top quality wind ensemble that is really intrinsically motivating and inspiring.

Still have my first man now(the same one)i intend him to be my first and last. Had excess hair fall from the blood loss. But now am trying to better from that phase of my life. I try to take iron tabletts and eat iron rich foods buts my hair is still falling out even with iron infusion. I hope it gets better. 😭my skin is clearing up after 7 years tho so am happy about that. "The Girlfriend" might not like having to make food for u or how u can't work out, but she doesn't like the stuff u do most of the time anyway. u even have to sleep there. u can get prepared before u sit down. NO GETTING UP(except for going to the bathroom or showering/bathing, of course) like if u agree!

Step 7. Work on improving your job performance and seek promotions. Step 8: Invest money while you're young. Take risks. Start a business. Do SOMETHING with your money while you've got it. Step 9: Get insurance. I cannot stress this enough. If something can go wrong, it will. Full coverage, no exceptions. Step 10: Roll around in all your money. Fill a pool with it and jump in. If you do these things, not only will you live an amazing life, but you'll be set for retirement and leave something for your kids after you're gone. If you're poor, it's because you did not do these things, and you brought it on yourself. There is no excuse.
