I am at the beginning of my "investment journey", planning to put 85K into dividend stocks so that I will be making up to 30% per year in dividend returns. Any advice?
Investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. I've learned this from my own experience. If you're new to investing or don't have much time, it's best to get advice from an expert.
That makes sense. I’ve been using a financial market expert for two years now and I own a six-figure diversified portfolio from investing in stocks. I want to diversify more this year, though.
My CFA Sharon Ann Meny , a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Instead of trying to predict and prognosticate the stability of the market and precisely when the change is going to happen, a better strategy is simply having a portfolio that’s well prepared for any eventually, that’s how some folks' been averaging 150K every 7week these past 4months according to Bloomberg.
The professionals presently control the market since they not only have the essential business strategy but also have access to inside information that the general public is not aware of.
You have a very valid point, I started investing on my own and for a long time, the market was really ripping me off. I decided to hire a CFA, even though I was skeptical at first, and I beat the market by more than 9%. I thought it was a fluke until it happened two years in a row, and so I’ve been sticking to investing via an analyst.
Thank you so much for your helpful tip! I was able to verify the person and book a call session with her. She seems very proficient and I'm really grateful for your guidance
That makes sense. Without clear goals, it’s easy to drift. I think setting financial goals, like saving a certain amount every month or planning for retirement, would help stay on track
there's a book called Secret Pathway To Triumph, and it talks about how using some secret tehniques you can attract almost everything in life it's not some bullshit law of attraction, it's the real deal
Audiobook while doing my 2 hour round journey to and from the office everyday is how I get my books in. Literally wouldn't change it, great way to set up a day first thing in the morning as well.
"Even if you dont feel like you have the time to read" There are people who spend over 2 hours on their phone a day. Just spending 30 minutes a day on your phone adds to 182 hours a year. With 182 hours a year you can read multiple books or learn a new language. People got time, but good times have lead to lazy and complacent people
It's a great list of habits. I can already hear my own negative thoughts - but I dont know those sort of people; but I dont have the time to read that, or to try and fail at new things, etc. Which is neither true, or not true forever. So this video is a good reminder - these habits are all free.
I saw a video yesterday from Alex Hormozi explaining the lonely chapter and embracing it. When you are trying to do something, whatever it is, most people you know will not get it and will mock you, while the people who have already done it are light years ahead and will have no interest in what you are doing. So embrace it, that's where I am and enjoying the process. BTW another great video from Nischa

True, surround yourself with positive people to keep you motivated. I applied this in my life and learned a lot. Regarding books, I listen to audiobooks as it makes it easier to learn while you're walking or going somewhere.
When you said that once upon a time you took 30 to 40 hours creating one video and yet you continued making them I felt so inspired. Looking at you now it looks like you are a pro at making videos. Thanks for sharing your struggles it's so inspiring especially when we go through the same self doubts which you have already conquered.
Talking ourselves out of potential great business opportunities is what holds people back. It is important to give yourself a chance. Start your online side hustle, enjoy the process and continue learning. Thanks for your inspiration as always Nisha 😊
Nischa other than books how do you surround yourself with successful people? This reminds me of time when I was in school and used to make conscious effort to surround myself with A grade students and ask them about their schedule etc. it kept me motivated and I saw great results for myself. However as you grow older, this doesn’t come easily in corporate world. Hence my question how do you go about with it? Thanks
Hi Nischa, your channel is fantastic, there's only one thing missing! Gold is at another new all-time high, you must cover it. Especially mining stocks they are about to skyrocket.

So true and so usefull . It's not easy to be around people who find excuses for everything and because i've plans , i learn new things , i change habits basically I become like un alien to them . big thanx from brussels
I love how much I get to learn from you every single Sunday. I'm looking forward to applying these to my own life. I actually struggle a lot with staying in my comfort zone and having a growth mindset, so I'll definitely be looking to improve there.
Regarding habit 3 I always defer to the idea of ‘having a bias for yes’. That doesn’t mean saying yes to everything but really think about why you answer a certain way. Is it out of habit or comfort? Challenge that. You’d be surprised where it takes you. This is also an inversion to habit 4, getting in the habit of saying ‘no’. Also, I’m specifically referring to what is outside your circle of comfort.
Hi Nischa, amazing video as always. For creating the right environment, where or how did you find people who are closer to the life you want to live? Do you use a membership or online space? Or did you try looking for people in your network?
Tbh I’m not sure that what you’re talking about is right. I may be wrong though but even though I think it’s better to consider something like Cryptonica or else.
These are all really good advice. Though I'm not a Millionaire yet, however, having all these habits in my life has helped me build confidence and achieved more in life and getting closer to my dream.Thank you so much for these tips!💜
The best piece of advice I got on my journey to success was to diversify my portfolio among several assets such as stocks and bonds since this can protect my portfolio for retirement of about $750k. I want to know: Do I keep contributing to my portfolio in these unstable markets, or do I look into alternative sectors?
Well you got a point truly but right now i feel e commence among other sectors are expected to really see growth but who know i might be wrong, These days the market is filled with surprises.
With the current trend of the market my advice to anyone starting out in the market is to seek guidance as its the best way to build long term wealth while managing your risk and emotions with the passive investing strategy.
Interesting, I’ve actually been looking into that lately, the news I've been seeing in the market hasn't been so encouraging honestly. If you don't mind me asking who's the person guiding you?
I don't comfortably throw recommendations around on the internet, but I've been working with Nancy Magaret Delony. God ! she's brilliant! I'm sure there are others who are good.

Yes, a good number of folks are raking in huge 6 figure gains in this downtrend, but such strategies are mostly successfully executed by folks with in depth market knowledge
