    Thank you for this video! When I do mine I am going to get all new parts so I don't have to take apart the old ones and re-use the old stuff, I am sure the rest of the parts are relatively cheap and it is best to replace them anyway although I'm sure it is fine to use the old parts just not worth the hassle! Cheers!

    What did you drop the car to from the factory height?

    Thanks for sharing. I have an 03 CE, which has 15+ year old shocks and struts. Instead of going with TEIN coilovers, I was going to go with Eibach lowering springs, because I think that is who made the TRD ones. I see they are also bundled with KONI shocks, so maybe that is a win-win setup for my Corolla?

    how do you know what springs go with the shocks? i bought some tokico hp series shocks and am wondering if i buy the springs seperately if i could just get any set of springs that fit my car?

    • @2zzlow
      @2zzlow  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      They need to be for the specific car you are buying them for since they have the proper spring rate for a comfortable ride.

    A nice subtle drop from stock height, I am guessing 2- 2.5 inches all around? Rides Abit stiffer than stock?

    How do you like the h&r springs? I just bought the bilstein b12 kit that comes with the eibach profit springs but they only lower the car like 1.1 inches which is kinda wack lol

    • @2zzlow
      @2zzlow  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      these are daily perfect. not too low and i dont scrape.

    • @rustycheeeseburgers
      @rustycheeeseburgers 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@2zzlow thank god, that's the exact opposite of what everyone on forums said, but they were all in BMW's, that from the factory probably come about as low as our cars after the race springs lol

    • @2zzlow
      @2zzlow  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yea these have a good amount of travel space on the springs

      I ended up swapping the eibach springs for vogtland sport springs much more comfy but still about the same height so no cool points lol
