This is a pretty big step compared to the 1st Bumper Engine Framework. The Homing Dash fits the engine perfectly, and wall running and rail grinding is on point. Sonic's model and animations looks better as well. (although not sure what's up with his mouth if zoomed in)
Sonic's speed is abit on the slower side, probably just a demo thing. Hoping to see some fangames down the road that use a higher speed. The turning speed could be increased also. Other than that though it's solid!
This feels like something that could be made in Roblox and it would be incredibly similar
My thoughts exactly like the way the hood feels and field of view feels like it would be best on mobile
No heck no man As much as I love some of the cool sonic fan games on roblox that are actually good The bumper engine Feels as close as a actual sonic engine that roblox Could never really replicate perfectly Because roblox Be janky as hell sometimes

Okay; wall running like that should be an absolute Sonic staple.
It's nice to see someone implementing Lost World style wallrunning onto a better gameplay framework.
Physics remind me of spark a bit. Also finalyl someone that lets bounce maintain momentum to make it more useful.
The hedge physics is a engine made by lakefeperd, the guy that made the spark the electric jester games, its used in spark 2 and 3

About time someone improved the Bumper Engine. It doesn't look too bad honestly. I'm sure plenty of cool fan games could be made using V2
Thank you for keeping the camera behind Sonic whenever he goes on a loop the loop, instead of zooming out and wrestling the control away from the player.
usually the fangames i see are pretty janky, but this one seems to have a really good understanding of Sonic's gameplay. I especially love to see the wall running here, so underutilized outside of Shadow the Hedgehog and Lost World. (I know Frontiers had wall running too but the execution left a lot to be desired in my opinion.)
Sonic GT is still the best 3D Sonic fan game.

I didn't like that they removed several playable characters and left Sonic as the only playable character. They would have at least left Tails and Knuckles. Shadow and Blaze I wouldn't have liked because they would basically be Sonic's reskins.

Spindash is fine, rolling and spin attack should be SA1 style. I like the Ring Collection Sparkle (not the rings moving without a lightning shield)

Rail station level design is really 👍.
I love that the trains actually move along the rails. It's rare to see levels in fangames actually have moving parts aside from enemies that stand in place.

I wish there can be a Roblox version of this with different models, designs and different playable characters with their own move set and animations. That could be cool

This might get long. After watching the whole video and the Tutorial 3 times i got some ideas for the engine to feels smoother to play.
Starting with the running, for a Spark x Adventure Map design goal the turning should be a bit sharper as not to loose your whole speed in the first curve. If I saw correctly the jump while running can be chained into either a Homingatack or a Doublejump, that seems nice like that, but the Spindashcharge should not be perfromed mid air, maybe switch it out with an basic roll up to get a faster speed buildup at slopes. The Bounce with momentung is perfect like that. The Lightspeed Dash could be well faster than Sonics base runningspeed, the SA1 style doenst really fit for this Engine. The Airdash and Homingattack could also use a bit more force behind them. And the sidedash could be a bit more snappier. The combination of Wallrunning and Wallclimbing with Momentum feel nice. Other than that the Physics seem pretty good.
Now to the Mapdesign. Small pathways will be better with a less punishing turning speed. Plattforms should be layed out so that a Spindash doesnt skip half of them. Looping should be more diverse, ending with a Ramp (where you need to keep the Momentum to jump so that you cant skip them easily) a different direction or straight up vertikal. The Pathways should be split a bit longer and with obsticals between them so not to easily switch between them at any point in time, but keep some openings for clever skips. Some single Rails here and there should help, for example in a tighter curve so you can keep more momentum (see SA2 Green Forest) or Rails in a split path on a higher level to grind down on and gain momentum. Other than that a mix of some Boost level desing between the Spark x Adventure should give good amount of variety.
As for Animation. All I can say is that I wouldnt expect all to much. I Know many people think those are Important and I agree, but the Focus here are the Physics. Any Animation we get in a Fanmade Engine is like a Treat. But the Animations we got are smooth.
Now im not a Gamedesigner myself and i know that it is a LOT of work and Time flowing in there. But this is constructive criticism with my own opinion. The Fact that this Engine Runs this smooth with all these different moves and abilitys is a great feat. SuperSonic68 and Blaephid can be proud for this. Sorry if my grammar isnt the best. TL:DR Awesome Physics could be better with some tweaks
These stages are well built , but lack a sense of existence.
Games have always had the issue of balancing atmosphere with function , so relax.
I might take some extra effort , and extra brain power , but it's worth it.
And if it's not your thing , contact some concept writers.
