In the original series, Lelouch used his single geass on Shirley twice. The second time was after the first one was cancelled, and we know it worked the second time because Shirley had the red light around her eyes. She couldn’t carry out the command because it was impossible since she was going to die.

The setting takes place five years after the Resurrection movie, in a Japan island called hokkaido where it was captured by remnant of Britannians who called themselves Neo-Britannians. The chick that looks like Lelouche is the main character. The device on her neck is to disguise her voice because she is hiding her identity.
I don’t know how to feel about this sequel anime, there are characters that just pop up in this that make me think that a lot of things in the main show either don’t make sense or that lelouch was poor at planning, also Charles clone because why not also a Britannian royal who married a sumeragi, where have we heard that before (lost colours😒). Also why does Sakuyas geass appear like a hologram, why is Britannia a republic, it was an Empire then a principality now a Republic? Lelouch needs to come back and sort all these messes out 😓

I mean was it explained why the main bad guys took over a city in Japan despite the fact that what made Japan special on the world stage, its massive amounts of Sakuradite, was blown up in the final battle of R2, so it makes no sense why they would attack Japan again
@@MatthewLoh-ru1mw Yeah the re-cap movies were honestly the best we got from code geass after the original anime, and the subsequent material like the spin off mangas and games, however there have been bad things as well. I mean from what I heard the manga which came after the anime didn’t even have knightmares, the OVA movies about Akito were alright and filled in some holes. The Genesic re-code mobile game failed badly because of the company that ran it and sadly the lost stories game has recently been taken down from the App Store for the national version, so yeah a hit or miss for some of the franchise but then again that happens to literally everything.
If you think about it, it's a good thing Ash died. His Geass command was "To Win." If he lived, that could have made him unwillingly violently competitive. And it's not like the two of them know that Jeremiah has a Geass Canceller, and they'd be understandandably pretty cagey about Geass overall. Monopoly already ruins friendships enough as it is. God forbid the lengths Ash would go.

I am… so confused. I thought code geass ended with Lelouch’s resurrection. You know that movie? What is exactly all this new stuff? Who’s this new chick who looks like genderswap verison of him? Also why is her geass connected to this device around her neck, what’s that about? I know people are gonna tell me to simply watch it, but can some please just explain 😅
A 12 episodes series called Code geass: Roze of the Recapture which recently ended. It streams on Disney+. The setting takes place five years after the Resurrection movie, in a Japan island called hokkaido where it was captured by remnant of Britannians who called themselves Neo-Britannians.
The chick that looks like Lelouche is the main character. The device on her neck is to disguise her voice because she is hiding her identity.

I don’t know how to feel about this sequel anime, there are characters that just pop up in this that make me think that a lot of things in the main show either don’t make sense or that lelouch was poor at planning, also Charles clone because why not also a Britannian royal who married a sumeragi, where have we heard that before (lost colours😒). Also why does Sakuyas geass appear like a hologram, why is Britannia a republic, it was an Empire then a principality now a Republic? Lelouch needs to come back and sort all these messes out 😓

Honestly I have not watched this new roz of the recapture but it feels like this entire situation is contrived as heck. I mean how did a noble family from Britannia (I thought Lelouch took care of the nobility?) manage to get an army to Japan, a shield that covers an entire city and why haven’t the military leaders of the UFN sorted it out? I mean was it explained why the main bad guys took over a city in Japan despite the fact that what made Japan special on the world stage, its massive amounts of Sakuradite, was blown up in the final battle of R2, so it makes no sense why they would attack Japan again

Yeah the re-cap movies were honestly the best we got from code geass after the original anime, and the subsequent material like the spin off mangas and games, however there have been bad things as well. I mean from what I heard the manga which came after the anime didn’t even have knightmares, the OVA movies about Akito were alright and filled in some holes. The Genesic re-code mobile game failed badly because of the company that ran it and sadly the lost stories game has recently been taken down from the App Store for the national version, so yeah a hit or miss for some of the franchise but then again that happens to literally everything.

If you think about it, it's a good thing Ash died.
His Geass command was "To Win." If he lived, that could have made him unwillingly violently competitive. And it's not like the two of them know that Jeremiah has a Geass Canceller, and they'd be understandandably pretty cagey about Geass overall.
Monopoly already ruins friendships enough as it is. God forbid the lengths Ash would go.
The full command was "To win against Norland at all cost", so I don't think he will be that forced for anything else

全幕・映画館で観ました♪最終幕は…途中でトイレに行ってしまい★肝心なシーンがわからないままモヤモヤしてしまい…最終幕はもう１回・観に行って肝心なシーンを観れたので満足はしたけど…ラストはなぁ…と…(TдT)アッシュロスと…サクヤロスに…。ロゼをまだ・観てない方達は東京と名古屋で全幕をやるそうです。オールナイトで全幕みたいです。
