    I have a question , my brother is completed his Bechlors in mechanical engineering from India and now applied for ausbildung training program for 3 years in Germany in business field not in mechanical field .     Hi i applied PR WITH 33 months with A1,on appointment day my finger print,doc,picture was taken and was told i neec to be patience they check my residency and will take several months to processes,but i heard it takes 4-6 weeks,why several months told to me,what it means,please suggest

      Hi Samy,Thanks for watching our video. No you cannot have 2 PR also once you have taken one PR you cannot switch to another one . Yes there is impact on Pension contribution on kurzarbeit.

      Thank you for watching our video. There is no such rule. You need to either stay 5 years or you have to get Blue card and Language proficiency for fast track.

      how can you imagine such things,if there is any such rule,just think how much this will be abused from india,agents may charge crores of rupees manage fake job offer of > 84 k salary and dump useless people with PR in germany

    Nice video with all the required information. I have a question. Does being in kurzarbeit or having history of being in kurzarbeit affects getting PR in Germany?

      1) The ausländerbehörde won't accept applications if the applicant is in a Kurzarbeit.
      2) Having a history of Kurzarbeit won't have any negative effect on getting PR, though, it is likely those months won't be counted and may delay eligibility.

      As mention below from Hardik that is the correct answer. Also we mentioned in our video if at the time of PR application you are on any kind of support then authorities will not accept the application.

      @@hardikparty Thanks for sharing .In addition Also there is no impact on visa extending if someone on the verge of extension and then authorities will not interrup if someone was on kurzarbeit.

      Unfortunately to come Germany you need Job or Study there is no provision of any agency or lawyer. You need to apply for jobs try from linkedin. We would suggest you to learn German Language till B2 then you will have more chance of getting job. English speaking are less jobs.

    Hi,
    Is there any validity for Goethe or Telc B1 certificate with which i can apply PR. Example: if i have completed my B1 exam and got the certificate now, and due to some circumstances(not getting an job offer yet) if i go to Germany after 3 or 4years, is my B1 certificate still valid??

      why cant you just reappear and pass B1 again from Germany if you doubt this and you are dreaming of after 3 to 4 years who get offer and go germany,no one can tell what will be law that time,may be new rule come and criteria changes

First of all if you have blue card from last 33 month and you have A1 level certificate then you can apply for PR provided you have social security and all contribution. Now for your wife she can apply for PR and she can show that you are paying social security for last 5 years, Please check with Aülanderbehörde in your city because its different from city to city.

      moron you stayed 5 years in germany on blue card and dont know such a basic thing,which people research even before coming to germany,its unbelieveable either you are lying,or you are not much interested for settling in germany,else it cannot be you could had easily got PR after 33 months just if you had A1 Certificate and passed citizenship test,in many cities even that is not required like munich only completion of 33 months with blue card (ofcourse working and paid social insurance for 33 months ,but as you are from andhra not sure how genuine is your job offer based on which you got blue card)

      Dear Ahalya, if some is already on PR and his or her spouse come to Germany then he / she has to follow the general basic rule to get PR in case he or she is not working . If he / she gets blue card then he or she can get early PR.

    I am working in Poland on EU blue card for more than 2years. Now i want to move to germany, and i heard that i can transfer my 2years(24months) blue card tenure from poland to Germany and use this 24months tenure for Permanent Card requirement. Is it true?

      Hi Karthik, thanks for watching our video. As mentioned in our video one requirement will not be full filled i.e Contribution to social security in Germany if you transfer your blue card. You need to contribute to social Security( i.e Pension ) for next 21 month on blue card in Germany then you can apply for PR with German Language B1.

      Dear Mukesh, if you marry German Citizen you can get PR as early as in 3 years but you need to learn language and other fulfill basic requirement.
