    Hi, thanks for such an informative video. I've recently applied for a Blue Card. Could you please let me know if there are any specific language institutes whose A1 or B1 language certificates are acceptable while applying for PR or we can choose any language institute in Germany?

    In the unfurnished apartment, toilet fittings are available or renter has to do all the fittings such as commodes and shower, washbasin etc.

      Thanks for watching our video . You will get all these fitted. Unfurnished in Germany means without furniture or sometime without kitchen set up also.

    Madam,if we take the apartment do we have to pay advance and for how many months or years?

      It depends but mostly max 3 months deposit . But be careful here people ask online transfer without showing you apartment so do not do that.
