Mam if any other job I got like cleaning or something then I will not get the Eu Blue , like I am from hotel background if I got any other job and salary is 34000/-€ then I can't get work permit...?
You can get working permit but not Blue Card and working permit is also a very good visa. All the best!

I have a question that i have Graduated and I have BA degree and have 11 years of experience in Export operations and supply chain but my degree is in BA.

I am in Germany on ICT ( Inter corporate transfer Visa) from India. I want to switch to Blue card, Could you help me with the process of submitting the for Blue card If I have a degree, a German company offer letter along with being above all the requirements for filling for a blue card. I need to know the process to obtain the blue card without going back to India as post my resignation my employer will ask me to serve the notice period from India. Do I need to have any legal process from my new German employer.
I heard that the bill for parents immigration has passed. When is it going to implement? And to bring our parents do we need to have German PR ourself?

Hello..can you please clarify below few doubts ?
1. Is there any condition to bring Parents to Germany if my salary is more than 70-80 thousand ?
2. Will Parents also get PR after 21/33 months with us ?
3. Do Parents need any German language proficiency (A1/B1) to get PR ?
I got offer letter as a Manager in transportation company from my employer, m masters n 5 year wroking experience in different field, annual salary is 45,300 euro
My job back ground is not from IT nor in health related field etc
My question is that m i eligible for the blue card?
I read that now we can apply German PR in 27 months with A1 German. How realistic is it? Have you seen someone getting PR this quick??
