Hey, needed update information after three years. 1: Is Language [certificate *] requirement is fixed now and also which are the list of eligible institutions certificates valid ? or it still depends on the city whether they just take interview or certificate. Btw, I live in NRW? 2: I also started my blue card job e.g. in March, but my blue card was issued in mid of May. It took 2.5 months to get appointment, they told me to work on my student allowed 120 full days till appointment as I was changing my status from student to BC. So my 21 months will start from march or mid of May? I am afraid if I go on appointment and they say your 21 months is not completed :( 3: When you recommend me to apply for appointment as it now take 1.5 month to get appointment, should I apply for appointment 1.5 month before my 21 months completion or I can only apply for appointment after I complete 21 months?
Hello, I did my masters in Germany and I started working part time in my educational field as soon as my studies started. So I studied for 2 years and worked part time for those 2 years. And I paid taxes during these 2 years. I graduated and continued working full time in the same company. I am still working there. I have a blue card(I am a designer). German level B1. What happens in my situation? I have been paying taxes in Germany for 3 years now. Can I apply for permanent residency now? and do these 2 part time 1 full time work years count?

But all this is virtual Moreover In my bachelor I’m having statistics,mathematics or IT subjects. So my question is :- 1. Will I get into any public university with that score. (English taught) or else I-will go for german taught then! But I have not much time to learn german because the deadline is in june so what you suggest? 2. It that any problem if I change my field to DA ,data science or business analyst related domain will I get admission in any university there or not. With all education. 3. There is any problem in visa processing 4. Else do I have gain some experience first then apply . Plz suggest something to me , its really mean alot to me Thank you

Hi, recently there are some changes in the rule. In Berlin, it is still possible to get PR if you have completed 33 months and you have blue card. But the rule is different for other cities like Hamburg. So better to check the expectation with the authority.
In Berlin I have seen people doing part-time jobs without german proficiency.. So there are some jobs that you can do but for some there is language requirement
