    I broke my ankle 4 weeks ago and I have missed your workouts so much! When I saw the title of this one, I decided to do it from my wheelchair. I hope it will inspire others to make your workouts adaptable to whatever their level or ability, like you always promote. Thank you for the mood boost , I am feeling wrong & strong 💪 😘

    Seriously, I’ve been losing 7 kg since Sep, 2020 til Sep,2021.

    Gotta be honest, I didn't think I would make it through this when I first started. I've been feeling so down and suicidal recently that my energy has been so low but this workout came and omg! I was dancing around my room, singing my heart out, just been an absolute clown and I can't remember the last time I had this much fun! Thank you so much, Emily! I gotta remember when I'm down to just put on some tunes and dance away! You're an actual lifesaver! I love you and your videos so much! Keep up the amazing content! :D

    18:29 I jumped as high as I could and slit my finger on a lamp but I kept dancing and it felt so good. My anxiety is much better now Thank you ❤

    I wasn't even trying to make myself smile, but I noticed that I had a huge, cheesy, natural grin on my face when we were flailing in the first song. Thanks for faking it so we can make it. My heart rate is definitely up 👆 ♥!

    I started doing these workouts a year ago and have since lost almost 50 pounds. To be clear I did lot more then just these workouts to loose the weight but I huge part of my journey to get to this point has been learning how to have fun with exercise. Your videos have given me that and so much more. Thank you Emily :)

    I have been struggling to get any motivation to move.. struggled with depression for a long time. So many workouts ain't for the perfect body and losing weight. This was about moving and having fun and that's exactly what I needed 💟 thank you so much. Xx

    So last week was really tough for me. I couldn´t even sleep well. I found this and decided to give it a shot. I wasn´t really feeling til' "I'm walking on sunshine" which is one of my "feel better" jams. And with "Firework" it was just the little push I needed it to start a new week.     Honestly, Emily, whenever I'm just not feeling it, I do one of your dance workouts, which saves the entire day. This one saved my whole week. I was feeling poorly this week and did not work out as much as usual and until Friday I had done nothing productive at all but then I dance with you and the week does not seem wasted after all.     Dude!!! It's been a minute since I've followed an emkfit video and, just like everyone else in the comments, I literally NEEDED this!
    This time of year is hard for me as I'm mourning several deaths and yesterday I had to rush my dog to the emergency vet because she wasn't breathing. Needless to say, I've been stressed and not feeling quite like myself. I wanted to still make time for myself and to get into my body (and out of my head), but I just didn't want to jump into some really targeted ab exercise or something. I wanted to be light hearted and have some fun. This video was absolutely perfect!

    Thanks for throwing the lower impact options in there. I got RA which means 2 bad knees and 1 bad ankle so it's hard to find exercises I can still keep up with on my good pain days. I mean it's still hard because I have no rhythm but you make it fun :) Also I needed a happy version today
