Wow, a business class ticket and the pod looked cramped, the amenity kit looked like something out of Walrmart, we do not know how tall you are but the foot space seemed cluttered, the towels looked like they were for a child, the food looked like cafeteria food, no champagne, no wines. how long was the trip you did not share with us the cities you were flying over and Brazil is a huge country in South America so I have been told. Why did they bring down the lights when they were only serving dinner how weird. You did not showed us the galley for snacks. What a bummer that you could not have breakfast due to such high turbulence. Did you enjoyed your stay at Sao Paulo? Thanks for sharing your trip on this basic service on American even though it was business class.
Good I watched your video. We are looking American Airlines B777 to LHR. Good schedule except very shot layover in Charlotte. No chance to stop at the lounge once again. Somebody posted a flight with all seats facing forward. Yours have seats facing backwards which is a no no. We have to give up on this schedule. You said service was rushed. Turbulence save them from serving breakfast. They have to throw away a lot of food. They can pack them in Food Doggy bags and give it to passengers as quick as they can even without coffee or tea. All to go. Happy travels.
Thank you for the very informative video! Unless my eyes are playing a trick on me that business class seat is as narrow as an economy seat ! AA is Not for me as per seating comfort or as an airline in general.-

AA crew looks for any and every reason not to do a service. The captain should know upcoming turbulence, and they should have moved up their service slightly if it need was that bad.
