    I struggle to find the happy memories, I know I have them . When I found memory image it didn't feel that happy & I kept jumping to various memories
    I do alot of breath work since my becoming Ill with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis so I felt buzzed with the hand touching and little bit of face touching. I didn't feel completely relaxed as the physical part of moving hands is exerting for me.
    Would you be able to to suggest how to further this practice? Or keep trying as I am?

    Thank you so much ......was so anxious and emotionally drained passed few days ,today after doing this meditation with u ,not only boost myself but reconnect me with old beautiful memories which reminded me that universe is giving message that already am so abundant in all spectrum of life right from the beginning of my life which filled the void I was feeling in myself❤. Thank u so much, God bless 🙌 u abundantly for doing wonderful job and universe blessed u abundantly with loads of wisdom to do this kind of podcast.

    It was a wonderful exercise. Your voice in particular helped a lot with this: so warm and soft in sound. I find it very relaxing.
    The touch is very pleasant, because I miss it very much at the moment. I have been missing my three cats, who normally provide the necessary daily dose of oxytocin and serotonin by cuddling their bodies against me, and their mischievous playful antics that make me laugh, for more than a month. They are staying elsewhere because my house is being renovated. This exercise is an excellent replacement for my three cats' daily dose of happy hormones. Thank you! ❤
