Amazingly, it was wonderful to find a part of myself that deeply loved me. Which I was unable to feel and see within. I made hundreds of exercises saying I love me. However, I never felt this profound and deep soft red love that fulfilled my chest in a warm and calming way!❤
I love your videos very much! One thing I’m wondering is why havening touch isn’t necessarily soothing for me. It feels more frustrating than calming to do it the entire time. Is that normal when you first begin to use it, or am I an anomaly?
It's the same for me, so I just do it as it feels right and comforting to me and it varies each time. Sometimes I do it just for a few minutes, make a break and start later again. And often I do it very softly just with the fingers of one hand at the temple area and the hairline. Or I lay my hand anywhere on my body and just gently moove my thumb or my fingers. I feel, that this gentle touch really helps soothing on a deeper level. Trust yourself and your body, don't force anything 😌🌈🕊️
Perhaps experiment with speed and pressure? Think of someone you love and how they might reassure you, and apply the same kind of reassuring touch. Hope this helps.
Either this is BS or there is something wrong with me. I felt only fatigue from moving my arms and my hands became sensitive from rubbing for so long. What am i missing?
I feel majest8c and magnificent. ❤ thank you

You're so welcome! I hope you enjoyed getting to know your inner self a bit more. ❤
I’m sorry, but I can’t find the link for the online event to help work through triggers
