Let's see which ships that Archer's NX-class can take on. Let's go from the concurrent Intrepid-class (22nd Century), the J-class freighter, back through the DY-classes and all the way back through the Space Shuttle and perhaps the Soyuz and Apollo Space Capsules. Archer's got to get a win at some point!
The Kelvin Galaxy is only really a single generation ahead of the Prime Galaxy and is basically a Sovereign level ship but the difference is that it can spam quantums which makes all the difference. I think a Dominion War Galaxy Class could have taken it.
It doesn't even make sense - they got a bit of scan data from a frakking futuristic mining scow that probably wasn't even very new from another civilisation! How does that equate to a whole generation of weapons and defense technology jumping? I mean, it's like the 2024 US navy capturing an already 30 year old Russian tugboat from the year 2100 and somehow using that to create new weapons and armor. It. Makes. No. Sense.
Honestly, I'm surprised how badly Enterprise E fared. I expected much more from a Sovereign class ship, especially the flagship which is supposed to be the best of the best.

I've always assumed all ships have electronic countermeasures and they're so ubiquitous that they just aren't mentioned. This would be one big reason why there's so much mismatch between ships of different eras, even when they seem to be using the same types of weapons.
The USS Hotdog looks like the dilithium mining ship from the Armada games. If the cats have the corresponding construction vessel, the USS Catnip, they can join forces and build their own secret base to start research work that will ultimately lead to a new type of ship, the NX-X class. I feel like the Enterprise-B literally gets one shot every time you do these comparisons. Must be some kind of design flaw with the excelsior class that we don't know about.
Not with the Excelsior class persay. The poor B was a half-finished ship, after all. It can't be expected to last as long as ships that didn't have to wait until Tuesday to have all their parts and weapons installed.

@claudedavid1729 logical. In that timeline the Federation getting slapped by the Klingon Empire would definitely be impetus for continued development of Quantum Torpedos. Even if the Torpedo wasn't developed enough to be used, there would be more resources poured into its development and so officers might be aware of this in light of the War so likely were not surprised to hear about them. I suspect in the Prime timeline that a lack of urgent need for Q torps due to the Cold War with the Klingons being tempered by the Organians and the conflict being generally confined to the disputed areas such as Archanis, Ajilon, Inverness systems etc. Kelvin Timeline had a 9km Space Celery of Death slap 47 Klingon Battlecruisers with ease...easy to see why they rushed the torps there lol
I think the main issue that the Kelvin timeline has vs the Prime timeline was its decision to reverse engineer the future tech and concentrate on weaponry instead of shields like the Prime universe did. So to show how different the timelines are their ships should have the more advanced weapons but their shields should suffer as their tech path was different. The Kelvin timeline was focused on preventing another incursion of a future ship like the Narada so their ships were bigger and focused on firepower to defend themselves. So while the Kelvin Galaxy class should have the better weapons array, their shields should be weaker as a result.

Of course, the Kelvin got a century and change of technological advancement from the timeline incursion, (as well as other tech lines- Borg and Romulan, mostly). So, taking on the K-Galaxy with a Prime-Galaxy would be similar to a Connie (Refit if you're feeling nasty) taking on a Galaxy...

Have you done the Galaxy X Class versus the Reman Scimitar?
Why dont you ever use the new F???
the kelvin galaxy phasers feel wrong. for the vengeance and the jj ent, the enterprise fires that sort of fast burst phaser, while the regular timeline ships have the longer beam type phaser. int his case, the galaxy phaser is beam like, so it feels out of place.
Love to see if there is the ship lexx from lexx go up against all enterprises even the galaxy x from hell
Now this shows that section 31 is hilariously more op than main starfleet if it takes the f to destroy the galaxy and the vengeance
Can you make a Tutorial about to install Star Trek bridge Commander please
Cat Fleet, otherwise known as Spot Fleet Command.
Porthos made rank faster than Kim. 😂
Every enterprise vs uss Battlestar

That is an amazing Enterprise F. Why didn't they use it on the tv show
It can be seen in one of the last few episodes of Picard season 3.
Kinda reminds me of the Ross class.
