Before the corona lockdown in Italy we went there to visit an impressive abandoned NATO command bunker which was built during the cold war and got abandoned in the mid 90's.

I was stationed at the USAF base at Comiso, Sicily, Italy from 1987 to 1989. The base is listed on the big status board at 23:48, lower left, in yellow. The "GLCM" means it was a ground launched cruise missile base. I worked in Comms. Great video, brought back some memories!

La Davil Le Rusher There is no misteryes about Cov 2, the origin is the same of all flu virus we fight every year whit vaccination campaigns. The problem is that people move around the world in hours, is a virus hard to fight by the body, and we dont have any cure at the moment. So-> Stay home, clean hands and avoid to touch your face. To be calm is the strongest thing we can do 👍

It's quite reckless to enter a place like this without oxygen sensors. With all that rust around you can might as well walk in to an area with low oxygen and never walk out of it. Quite common safety hazard inside non-ventilated areas on ships, but can occur even inside buildings. The biggest danger is that while human body can recognize high CO2, it will not recognize low oxygen.

so Iam glad you took things with you to clean up, I hope you took them out with you also, no point in contaminating other things..good job

Baby wipes clean but do not really sanitize...
You are young and healthy so maybe no big deal. As someone else advised, I would change out of everything when you get out and bag it and change into uncontaminated clothing. Or wear tyvek as one of you did. Also, re-wearing the tyvek means you are carrying the contaminated suit around with you. They are really intended for single use and disposal...
You could really use a safety person on the outside, with radio links.
I realize that traveling light enables you to get in and out of some of these(maybe all?) of these sites, but I was thinking what if one of you had a medical during that crawl-in, you really didn't have a good way to rescue them and get out. It would be nice to so some more margin of safety when you are underground.
      Great video, be safe.

Your videos are really good. It's almost like being there. They have a movie-like quality as well. I thought that the shot of the camera being set up on tripod to shoot the command center room's highlights was very like a time period movie opening shot, or might be an archaeological scene opening where some archaeologists were study an ancient people who allowed actual Pandas to pilot primitive airplanes painted a touch too reddish. Possibly aliens too. You sound like aliens to me (I'm American and have a bizarre accent due to living in very different States for many years) but it doesn't matter because only weird people are interesting.Your jokes about the mushrooms on the pizza juxtaposing the fungus-filled bunker were great. Keep it up.

There is a lot of old classified tech that never saw the light of day, and has been scrapped and is turning into dust/rust somewhere.

I did a quick search and apparently, this company did business primarily with NATO and the US military. There seems to be very little, if any public information on that particular type of terminal. If someone were to nick them, polish them up and try to sell them on eBay, certain people might want to know their location.
