    This is so informative. I’m 3 weeks away from my c section. Do you have any videos that could help me stimulate the right supply after c section.

    Once your baby is 3 months old do you still need to stimulate your breast 8 times to protect supply. My baby is currently sleeping almost 10 -11 hours overnight and sometimes only feeding 6 times per day every 2-3 hours during the day) this has been the last few days) and I am concerned that my supply will go down if my breasts are not stimulated for an 11 hour stretch or only 6 times per day. She was previously waking at 4 am and would have about 7 feeds per day.

      You can always add in a pumping session before you go to bed to protect your milk supply.
