Stranded Color Work: New Favorite Way to Manage Long Floats

Today I'm working on the Golem hat by Wooly Wormhead and it featurs a common challenge: long floats stacked on top of each other. How do you avoid the floats showing to the front? The answer might be Ladderback Jacquard. The name may sound fancy, but this technique is surprisingly simple. If you can do a simple increase and k2tog you have all the skills you need!
