They are impressive but I have a friend who has one but they are definitely not for bad weather or large waves. I went with him and we took alot of water in the boat In bad weather. I have seen a few sunk ,while docked in bad weather with large waves. It does take huge waves very well while under power across the lake.
If it's like bass fishing, they get the boat at very cheap rates from their sponsor. Then when the season ends they sell it for what they can, pay their sponsor the agreed upon price. Anything over that, is their to keep.
Good video Jimmy. Pleasure meeting you. Yesterday.
Thanks so much for watching my videos brother , was nice to meet you
Cool stuff ! Thanks for taking the time to get this. Interesting to see the different set ups and how they all serve the same purpose.

That's OK brother , it was awesome talking to you and checking out your awesome catfish boat
The splash guards from whitecaps are a huge difference

@Jim's Catfishing and Gear they were a lifesaver Friday. And the guy that owns business is a super guy.
Really great content. Thanks for taking the time to make and share this video.
It was a pleasure to make this video, I also like to see other people's setup
We use a deep V and I really like it. Handles the rough water so much better. Only downside is the wind catches it like a parachute.
I wish I knew you were doing this video. I have tons of broll for most of these boats.
Maybe next time, lol

I feel the same as you , deep v haul is all I will have
The pros don’t pay for their boats tho it’s all a advertisement deal

There's no such thing as a kitty kat boat, obviously.
