I am feeling the wonderkids right now. FM22 has been out for a little while now and the database has been balanced and updated. The wonderkids on this new Football Manager have emerged from the mist. Or rather, they’ve stayed hidden deep in the database but there are no issues or mistaken ratings in there anymore. I have to say, out of all the wonderkid lists I’ve made off Football Manager in the past few years, these were the hardest people to find.
There are just not a lot of top-tier wonderkids on FM that aren’t playing in Europe or South America. Obviously, a few of these guys or a few other wonderkids we don’t know yet will burst onto the scene in the next few years, but it seems to be tougher to find those really special players outside the really top continents. I mean for Football Manager it is just more of a risk to assign really high potential to players not playing on the two best continents. I hope this changes in the future but I understand it. It makes this list all the more interesting. Will a few of these wonderkids turn into the next Son? The next McKennie? Bailey? Mendy? Mane? I hope so because we’ve found them early.

Living in Dallas, I wish FC Dallas could do a better job of translating academy access to MLS Success. We failed to make the MLS Cup Playoffs AGAIN THIS YEAR! ITS SO FRUSTRATING, some playoff success would be nice before getting some major opportunities elsewhere.
For anyone actually interested especially Zealand. The Syrian league is ongoing, try searching for youtube videos of teams like Tishreen or AL-Wahda and you can see fans that will change your point of view. Btw very happy that our boys made it to top 20.

Syrian fans are AMAZING. I love it when Karamah fans jump up and down. I just wish the league itself was fairer in terms of players faking injury and referees being better. It seems every foul pretty much results in a minute stoppage. They need to clamp down on it.
I'm surprised that Anis Kassem wasn't included on this list. He has the same potential as the other guys, but he's only 16 at the start of the season

In fm19 I started my career as Iran manager and ended up having the contacts to spot the iranian wonderkids before big european clubs when I went to the mls and all the ones I signed went from there to england.
I’ve been doing an RB London save on FM22, currently in Vanarama National League. With how Red Bull usually produces their players with heavy influence of African talent and some Asian talent this video is a massive help!

Fatawu very nearly moved to Liverpool earlier this year, he’s already in the sights of the biggest teams in Europe.
I’ve seen George Bello since 2019 and he is gonna be something special. Once he breaks into the first team he is gonna soar into Europe.

As someone who's from Kuwait, im a bit embarresd that i didnt know about a player like Bandar Al-Salama, specially cause he plays for a club i grew up supporting, and where i lived was only about a 7 minutes walk from Alarabi stadium. I've seen some clips of him online and he looks really good, he helped the club go unbeaten the entire season and win our first league title in 19 years last season.
Jung Sang-bin actually signed for Wolves in the January transfer window and has been on loan at Grasshoppers in Switzerland since.
Crazy how i have been playing with jung sang bin on fifa, and with muenta on PES, amazing to see them on here.
Jahkeele Marshall-Rutty is one of my best players in my D2 team at 18. His value is skyrocketing, got him free. IRL he's training with Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea right now.
The Thai Messi has been something else since FM20 for me.
Silas is class, takes him 6-9 months to adapt to your team but by the 2nd season hes a beast
yea every year during the beta i spend my time loading every player in top clubs and look at u-23,19 national teams and check out leauges. the hard thing is getting these players in your save because alot of people dont load these places. i make them english just to make sure they show up in my load where i play and have english players loaded.

I'm surprised Ali Reynah isn't higher on this list. Cost £5.25k and is a regular in my third season at Shrewsbury Town currently sitting 8th in the prem. Buy him straight away, loan him back out for 2 seasons and he'll get the work permit during the second season.

You may have needed to add regional areas in the database. Adding players from Oceania should have him show up.

Genie Scout, there have the current ability and potencial of all the players that are in your save, you just have to download the program and load your save inside it
