The black plastic baffle plate can also contribute to plastic clogging materials... Is it an option to reassemble with not plastic baffle??? or is this a no no !!?

Did you put sealant on the inside of the bolt holes, if not it will eventually drip through the bolt holes
I applied a bead of sealant to the sump rim, when fitting it back on the engine the sealant will flatten and spread across the width of the rim. As long as the right amount of sealant is used, the bolt holes will be covered with sealant sufficiently and no oil will get past
Is this on an older model? I'm trying to figure out dropping the 1.8t oil pan on my B5 Passat and I guess there's a subframe in the way.
This video is for the transverse (sideways) engines you would find in the 1.8T TT, Golf, Ibiza etc. The engine in your Passat is Longitudinal and as you said, needs the subframe to be dropped to remove the sump.
I've just updated the video title accordingly to clarify this.
