Being in a high school marching band and in the front ensemble for 4 years was pretty challenging and for her to stay in character, amazing!! Keep in mind this is a more challenging competition, a drum corps, college level, harder than high school. If i could, i would go back to be in one, i enjoyed it very much. Keep up the great work Boston Crusaders! And keep up the amazing performance Anna!!
People forget that you have to exaggerate expressions for them to even be noticed from the bleachers/audience. And the director obviously told all of them to make intense movements and expressions. They did so well!! Kept my attention the whole time haha
Consider yourself lucky that your band even has a keyboard. The band regiment I'm in barely even has a pit. Ever seen a 2 man percussion? (Without counting basses, tenors, or snares) That's my school. One marimba, one vibraphone. That's all.
