Ok this was hands down, THE best pasta dish I have ever eaten and made! Tasted incredible! Only downside was the langoustines I bought were about a 3rd of the size of the ones they used. Guessing I'd need to order them especially or make a trip to billingsgate market, thanks for sharing this recipe

+Pug Plays The muscles of animals are joined together, so when you move something like the tail, the arms will move too. If you get fresh seafood, you can try to move the tail, and a different part will move. If it's not fresh, it might not work, though.
+Mudzi Mansour Shellfish like prawns, langoustine, lobsters and crabs all have these clearish "bones" that are attached to the muscles that allows the animal to move. If you've ever had a crab claw you'll know what I'm talking about, if you hold onto it and wiggle it around you can move the tip of the claw even if its fully cooked. As for the video it looked like he twisted the claw slightly and this would've pulled on one of the "bones" and caused it to move the claw
