This project was something that I and my coolest client have been talking about for a long time. The concept changed multiple times, and some times during the build. I am so happy with the results though.
Cool little project. If you ever end up doing another one, I'd recommend not using peg board. Weight is really the limiting factor and there are many other products that are geared towards firearm wall storage or there that won't break the bank.
Exactly not very hidden is it no burgler in his right mind is gonna miss that if anything he's just gonna contribute to the illegal gun trade on the black market 😂😂😂😂😂hope he's insured what a dummy he's probably thinking that his guns in his hidden gun room are secure and will never get found 😂😂😂

Eh... I guess by "hidden" you mean behind those two giant doors doors... that youve made extra fancy, to draw even more attention to with "accents"... Then sure. Dont get me wrong, it looks nice, but I think you missed your mark on defining the word hidden. Jesus Christ, you even put handles on the doors. 😂😂 You would have been better off just trying to build it secure... Because shy of leaving the doors open, there's not much you could have done, to make it any more obvious than you have.

Right next to the water heater... Cool project, too close to water that can mess up ammo or rust the firearms.
enclosed on both sides. leak would be detected long before affecting any contents

the original plan involved hanging a TV which would have made it so. the client changed the concept at the end and added handles. I get your point.
