      Yes, ofcourse.
      Resistance bands are excellent way to increase proprioceptive input from target muscles and joints that helps in activating inhibited /weak muscles 👍

    Hello! I don't know if this is the right excercise to start with, but I had an impingement 2 or 3 months ago and I wasn't able to raise my arm from shoulder without being stuck at the painful arc. The impingement has now healed but I'm facing serious muscular atrophy around the shoulder region and back with considerable amount of muscle wastage. Right now I'm trying to rehab myself with a light resistance band but as the neuromuscular chain is not completely lost, a lot of muscular compensation is going on. Found your videos and trying these excercises out. Anything else you would like to recommend sir?
