A bit sad how you can't set game controls and in game tdp on each game unlike on the rog ally and steam deck, I thought they wluld add that by now. Apart fro. That everything else is good. The animations and stuff are a lot better than om the roy ally.

Some nice features. Hopefully it doesn't get too heavy due to all the animations. Still waiting for a real custom Tdp and important mapping features though. But it seems they are putting an effort. That's good

Screen shot should also have screen record and power button should show charge colour green for fully charged and red for charging when the legion go is turned off....

Looks good, I do wish we could map buttons to the scroll wheel as I see that still isn't available in the "mouse" options.

Are we sure that there are no updates within gyro settings? He did not open this setting in the video.
Please add dedicated buttons to minimize/exit somewhere in the top right like 98% of Windows programs. Update looks great though, keep it up!
Swipe down on the top right of the screen this will open the minimize/exit option youre looking for

Will this update also add the ability to use the right thumbstick as a mouse? They have every rebind we need but that.

How does 60fps feel on this? Would 72, 48 and 36fps be better since they’re divisible by 144?
is there no way to access the right menu without the controllers attached? i'd love a keyboard shortcut to access that menu without having to open legion space and making the changes there when its docked and not as close to me.

Can we stop opening at the store? If I want to shop for a game I'll open the store tab. When I turn this thing on I want to see my library to figure out what I'm going to play. And what happened to it showing recently played? This is more like a reskin, but I guess it's more in the right direction. Unfortunately I'll still be sticking to playnite and only opening Legion Space when I need to change settings or if I accidentally hit the Legion L button.
Can they please allow gyro to be enabled by a button press! I want to set it to LT for aiming down sights in shooting games.
Does the Gyro work well on the Go? Would be nice for FPS games
@@Cub__ no, it's horrible; thats the problem. On all my other handhelds I use gyro for better aim in shooting games, but on the Go it's useless.
Graphics aside, looks like some improvements to responsiveness in legion space, still takes a while to load though and the sidebar still seems to not be responsive enough.

Does it boot into legion space or does it boot to a desktop?
Nice update, I’ll give it a try, but in my experience Legion space is the last of Legion go issues. I appreciate the key mapping tab for controllers, even if it do not fix the bad ergonomics and the fact you press back buttons accidentally each time you play. Another thing, have they fixed analog sticks that in diagonal become slower than straight directions? I read many posts that show how to fix this, but any of them worked for me. Actually I have much better experience with Steamdeck.
Pls tell me they find a software solution for square shaped deathzones
(In most Games diognal movement is slower than up/down and left/right)
Big time. I have to majorly crank the sensitivity to try to combat the diagonal slowness. Pretty frustrating.

Tree Sentinel? Fight him while riding your hors, 2 tap him and run away he has a small pool of moves which you can learn and avoid 😊
@@DeckWizard thanks for the advice I’m still getting into the game I followed a guide to get to high vl and some decent gear. I’ll keep that in mind when I play next time
I hope the the official release comes with complete patch notes and hopefully they not stopping here for this device improvement cuz I know Lenovo behaviour on updates rather limited.

Theme colors are great, nice to be able to customise multiple looks and change them easily. 😊
Happy about the FPS but I was disappointed that we cant change the vram allocation without going thhrough the boot menu. I did my research before purchasing this device though and it really does wipe the floor with everything else out there. I played the ROG Ally and the screen felt tiny, on the Legion Go I forget its a handheld and there are very few compromises, I dont think Ill ever purchase another gaming laptop
This is the comment that I needed to see! I’m definitely going to get the Legion Go soon. The screen is perfect for my aging eyes!
@@CandyChannel1966 same! My eyes aren't getting any younger! You won't be disappointed with the screen and I use default brightness 50% and never felt the need to increase this

I'm sorry. I got love for ASUS ROG ALLY. But this UI is better than Armoury Crate 1.5 update THIS LOOKS SICK. Well done Lenovo.
Legion Go is the BEST handheld period steamdeck was cool but it doesn't run windows so you only get access to your steam library it made it a no go for me ROG Ally is small has potentiometer joysticks and fries SD cards and it's got slower ram and at max wattage it does make a difference Legion Go is a faster machine and it has hall effect sensor joysticks not to mention the BEST display in the game ATM so glad I chose the Legion Go and I'm glad I got hands on with all 3 so I could make a solid informed decision on my voice to can't wait to see what else Lenovo does with it Zotac has a beast in the works though and ROG is fixing the Ally with its X variant

The 1Tb on ROG ALLY X make me consider to buy it over Legion Go dunno why the 1Tb variant is not available in the Philippines!!!
When i bought Legion Go last year, i bought a Samsung T7 2.TB SSD and mounted it on the kickstand on the back side.
I bought a angled USB-C 240W adapter for the cable.
I know it's not the same but you can buy an sd card, class 10 ones are dirt cheap, you can get a 512gb card fir 1/4 the price of an ssd
@@philippei2309 The loading and writing times are slow on those cards. USB-C SSD on Legion Go gets over 1000.MB/s. 1050.MB/s is the max possible speed.
So far it just looks like a reskin. No new features - would be good if AMD overlay is now working and AFMF is now working but that’s too much to ask. Can they add an indicator in the quick settings to show that RSR is actually working?
Afmf has been working since the new driver update came out a few weeks ago but only on external monitors since the legion is natively portrait.
Wish we could disable that stupid store tab altogether.

Why lenovo not improcedente gyro for get same functions in asus or Deck?. Totally useless update.
I was hoping they would finally add the option to toggle between off and on, as well as other useful settings for the gyro. 😢
