I would definitely give the all Thai theme food night a try. I know I only scratched the surface and I'm sure there's more waiting to be added to my list of favorites that I haven't had before. As with anything quality, setting, atmosphere, experiences comes with a price.

Centara Grand Mirage is a great one... In their pre-covid peak, I remember their being 3 different buffets run there every night... My fav was the seafood grill buffet... Then covid hit and killed all the buffets... Good to see some of the bigger resorts starting their buffets up again... That Thai buffet looks like a good cross selection of popular hits... perfect for short term tourists who don't have the time to seek out the different Thai cuisines... Keep these reviews coming!

Stayed at the Centara Central Mall in Bangkok and they had quite a diverse buffet but not just Thai food. Pretty good too.

Good to see a nice high end resort buffet as the resort surroundings and food on offer looked amazing and very good. Yep as some might complain abt the price that you can get it cheaper etc……
You get what you pay for…..and that’s a very nice hotel resort for the money…plus your Thai partner would be over the moon with the thai food selection. More hotel buffet reviews are most welcome. 🤔😉😎

Wow. Great buffet, that would easily cost $50 or more per person in the US. Stunning.
Much more in a tourist city like Orlando FL…and maybe for 1/4 of the variety, no freshness or quality. Doubtful you could even get anything close to that anywhere in US, not even in buffett mecca, Las Vegas. 😬

I finally found a thai restaurant near me that actually makes pink milk. I can at least check that one off my list:)
So there are 2 kinds the thin one has some dark beans in it which produce that reddish color I believe. They are not as sweet as the one in the Bamboo. The big place for Khao Lams close by is Bangsaen, there is a market there that specializes in them, many different types and probably the best quality around. Many Thais will stop there just to grab a bunch of Khao Lams when they are traveling through the area. 👍🙏

Hi Lucas me and my wife stayed in the mirage 2014 and 2015 a great hotel and the food was great the pool area for kids is a dream for every kid plane water fun i did it myself and had a great time

It came out to 27$ a person, that's not bad at all. This one fancy style buffet around my neck of the woods is 32$ per person but the scenery and atmosphere is not even close to the one Lucas showed. If they had a Boba tea type smoothie to go with that, it would be icing on the cake.

Thanks, it is 6 am here in BC and I just gained 10 lbs watching lol Seems pricey but it looks like there is everything you would ever want there. I am always amazed at how much food a Thai woman can eat, some are 90 lbs and eat more in one sitting that me at 6'4" and 300 lbs could eat all day lmao
I have a buddy that's about 140 lbs and he ate 2x more than I did and I thought I could toss it down back then. I call him the undercover competitive eater.

Now that is something I will most definitely be doing. I always liked getting right in the what I call "Appropriate Culture Food in travel or at lease what I am told is Culture..lol It's good to have a taste of the culture, now having said that, there are times the best food you will ever experience you will find in a little rinky dink place where the food is made for the people living there all their life true home cooking right from the people who eat it every day.
Quick story had a female Chinese friend I got to know real good her grandmother did all the cooking at home and boy oh boy that was pure authentic food.

Great find. I avoid buffets like the plague (or COVID). My adipocytes were screaming just watching this vid. I love those Thai rice cake deserts and mango sticky rice, but my diabetes takes a beating. Anyway, Vee got her monies worth.

Vee certainly knows how to get value from a Thai buffet, I can't believe she ate all that, did she have a secreted doggie bag. Shirt looked better with the black trimming. I'm afraid £25 is a little out of my league for the amount I can eat these days But going to go to the place Nick went to the other day for sure next time I'm over.

The key to enjoying this lunch is not to have dinner and breakfast prior. :) Essentially a 24 hour abstinence.
Seeing this incredible Buffet and setting, I have to question the sanity of people who land in Thailand and, the 'Adventure' begins and ends with which app is the best for ordering their food to be delivered.
The question has got to be... If you're not going to enjoy everything that Thailand has to offer, especially the amazing Thai Food, why bother visiting the country at all?
Save the airfare and order some more cardboard boxes of the same old crap.
