That blue paint is gorgeous and the wheels remind me of what was on the SLR McLaren. The R230 is my favorite generation (pre-facelift of course) and Bruno Sacco’s final design before retiring.

My MBUSA website build came to $140,000 with a $5,000 gas guzzler tax which all seemed like a lot to my 14 year old mind. Now I’m searching for a 1999 Mercedes-Benz S 500 Grand Edition if there are any available for sale. The C140 CL 500 or 600 are also favorites of mine. Some say that the W140 and C140 are the last of the “real Mercedes” models before the bean counters took total control.
