He's not ever been arrested or charged so your 'thoughts' are just personal thoughts. You wouldn't like being found guilty through court of media only. You'd want 'proper justice' so why not afford that to others? It shows more about you than the subject in hand.

The late Queen after meeting with Andrew about him going ahead with the civil court case with a jury in place, told Andrew of her life limiting illness, it was decided between them that he would step away until that and subsequent cases were dealt with where Andrew could PROVE his innocence against what Virginia was saying. Its not over yet! As for 'being kicked out' that is also untrue. He was offered a smaller house if he felt he couldn't afford to live there, he was not being forced to move nor did he refuse. He was aware that this offer would remain in place if and when he felt it necessary. Do get it right.

Some people have laughably said he faces 'eviction'. I've been through three 'no fault' evictions in the last 20 years and he will never understand what the threat of homelessness is like.

Prince Andrew has not been convicted of a crime. I think it is a mistake to set a precedent to punish people for things that they have not been convicted of. It's bad judgment, he most certainly could be guilty of at least having knowledge but forcing this could bring his own bad behavior and judgment back into the public eye. Is it worth it considering the effect it could have on the Monarchy long term? Has King Charles even considered any of this? Do the Prince and Princess of Wales even want to live there? This will not benefit Charles , Andrew or even Camilla by association, not to mention the Monarchy. Where will he place his youngest son when he comes home?

And let's not forget that the royal police refused to investigate him, indeed laughed at his victims.
