I am an American with no ties to the UK or the royal family but loved Dianna and this wonderful woman who deserved true love. All she unjustly received was rejection from the man she truly loved. Carmella made Dianna's life a living hell! Now that adulterous woman is sharing the throne sickens me.

Camilla was always meant to be with charles, it was only a outdated shallow, male lead misogynistic society the deemed her not appropriate as a young girl when Charles first met her and fell in love. He was forced to be with Diana and I dare say anyone judging would have an even harder time to get along with someone they never were in love with and forced to be with. Camilla finding her place I think is a great statement achievement for all women coming out from underneath male dominated societies and they're useless rules. Diana was great to the public and to her causes, and she loved her boys, but she was insecure and immature and you cannot fix that in someone when they have not grown up with it. She never would have been able to stand the strain of being Queen, nor would she ever be able to be second to Charles. She was a wonderful lady in her own clauses but she did not have the strength of character that Camilla has shown over all these years even her ability not to play the victim as Diana did, but also Camilla's forgiveness of the British people. Many would have said the hell with the whole thing, but Camilla loves Charles enough and her country to put up with everything that has been done to her and still be loyal all these years later. That shows incredible strength and character and forgiveness.
She wasn't even trying to upstage the royal family, but when you have that much beauty and class, it just happens naturally! she really was the true meaning of royal.

You should be glad Diana spoke about Aids so openly and changed the way people then acted towards Aids people, they were no longer considered so dangerous to shake hands with, to walk with etc., before that people with aids at that time, wore a chain around it, on there body, to let people know to keep away from them.

I really am sorry for saying this. I’m Irish and I think the way Charles treated Diana was despicable. He broke her heart and set her on the road to heartbreak and downfall. Both he and Camilla should be utterly ashamed of themselves and if he was decent he would abdicate now and allow his son William to be King. May God forgive him and Camilla for all the heartbreak and destruction they have caused through their actions. It’s heartbreaking.

I agree. I’ve never gotten over Camilla knowingly having an affair with Charles from the time of Charles and Diana’s honeymoon. For years. So unfair to Diana. Despite efforts to legitimise their marriage, the way it began will always prevail for those of us who regret Diana's needless suffering thanks to the cheater and his mistress.
Most arguably, Diana was one of the best things that has ever happened to the history of the royal family. She brought them attention and made them relevant again, and she blessed them with her angelic genes, mixed hers with their damaged, inbred genes (not to mention goofy looking).

What I find disgraceful behaviour towards Diana was the lack of guidance and then Diana was in trouble for upstaging the Queen and Charles. She was able to steal the limelight without even trying. Charles and his siblings are not the brightest of people and I wonder what professions any of them would have gone into if they had not been born into royalty and a life of indulgence. They were unable to see Diana as the monarchy's saviour and I am sure would have been stronger if they had supported her instead sidelining her they way they did. Camilla is ideal for Charles because he needs someone who stays in the background massaging his enormous ego. It's difficult not to upstage him since he is so boring and used to always getting his own way.

He was an unfit husband for Diana - due to unseen forces that essentially forced him to marry someone he didn't love. They should never have married. She held hands with A.I.D.S patients, she spoke about the importance of recognizing mental health issues and the importance of care for those suffering from it. She walked through live landmines and showed the extreme damage they caused. She had a beautiful heart. She tried to make the world a little bit better. She was a wonderful representative for the royal family. It's too bad that she was seen as a threat instead of the beautiful, intelligent and caring woman she was. She can never be replaced and she will never be forgotten ❤️
