    May this recioe help you because it has been a great recipe for my business.
    • SUPER EASY YEMA SAUCE ...
    YEMA SAUCE RECIPE
    MY YEMA CAKE RECIPE (2) 9X2 PAN
    150°c for 40mins
    INGREDIENTS:
    WET
    6 large egg yolks
    1/2 cup oil
    1/2 water
    1/2 tsp lemon essence
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup sugar
    DRY
    1 1/2 cup to 2 cups of cake flour
    (it works both measurements since flour may vary)
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    MERINGUE
    6 large egg whites
    1tbsp vinegar (cream of tartar has after taste)
    1/2 cup sugar
    YEMA SAUCE
    2-4 LARGE EGG YOLKS
    1/4 CUP CORNSTARCH
    1 TSP VANILLA
    1 CAN EVAP
    1 CAN CONDENSED
    1 bar cheese any brand (I use daily quezo)
    HALF RECIPE (2) 8X2 PAN
    WET INGDTS:
    4 EGGYOLKS
    1/4 CUP WATER
    1/4 CUP OIL
    VANILLA OR LEMON ESSENCE
    1/4 CUP SUGAR
    DRY INGDTS:
    1 CUP CAKE FLOUR
    1/2 TBSP BAKING POWDER
    MERINGUE
    4 EGG WHITES
    1/2 TBSP VINEGAR
    1/4 CUP SUGAR
    SIMPLE SYRUP
    1/2 CUP SUGAR
    1/2 CUP HOT WATER

      yes you may po but I prefer cake flour for better results. apf tends to be heavy and that causes chiffon cakes to shrink down.

    2cups po parin ba kahit half recipe lang gagamitin? Tapos nilagay nyo po ba sa ref yong yema bago nyo nilagay sa cake?

      hello po, thankyou po for correcting, 1 cup lang po pala.. and yes po chilled po at least 4hrs ung yema or better po overnight para stiff..

      yes po, need chilled po pero di naman sia nagmemelt na parang icing.. basta tama po pagkakaluto, stable po ung yema

    Hi po ..pano po yung pipeable n yema frosting? Ichichil po ba yan overnight? Bago i decorate sa side and top ?d po kasi ako mrunong magbake ng chiffon...plano ko n lng bumili ng ready made tpos ggwa n lng ako ng yema frosting .request ksi ng mga kptd ko cake n lng dalhin ko s bdy ng father namin. Any suggestions po sana para d po ko mapahiya☺️☺️☺️

      yes pipeable po siya, basta sundin po ung 25mins slow cooking time and yes need po i-chill atleast 4hrs before gamitin sa cake..

      you can add 2 more egg yolks po for first timer since ako gamay ko na ung yema sauce kaya nagreduce ako ng 2 egg yolks, but 4 egg yolks is really what needed.. continous stirring para di po masunog sa ilalim..

    Hi mam aak ko lang sana magbake ako ngayun may 24 tapos sa may 27 pa gagamitin ung chiffon pde kaya un pano tamang storage ng chiffon.

      @@melodygarcia80 gawin niyo nalang po, filling lang ung yema frosting.. pero dpt ung chiffon cake niu na-chill ng atleast overnight para magfirm at di bumagsak pag 2 tier.. manipis lang din po paglagay ng yema filling dahil mabigat po un unlike whipped cream. bale ung whipped cream nalang ang pambalot niu sa buong cake.. hope nakatulong po ito, feel free to ask..

    Hi po. Ilang ounce (oz) or ml og mg po yung 1 can na evap at 1 can na condensed milk?

      Hello po, 1 can evap if not mistaken, 370ml po while 1 can condensed is 395g, grams and ml has the same amount.. thankyou for watching and you're welcome 🤗

I'll try to use a different brand here for fresh milk and condensed milk, that's why I was asking for the weight or volume. Thank you again po and thank you for sharing your recipe.

      saken po kasi, I use washed sugar para lesser sweetness. brown sugar kasi ginagamit for certain recipes dahil sa taglay nitong molasses para mas maging chewy or fudgy ang isang baked goods like brownies or cookies..

      both po maam.. cake needs to be chilled atleast 2hrs, sa yema, atleast 4hours, best when overnight to set.

      hello sis, gamit ko ung worth 90 pesos na per liter nakalimutan ko brand e.. okay naman siya.. depende sayo at sa market mo.. mahal kasi ng mccormick. so far wala naman nagrereklamo na customer and also pantanggal lansa lang din naman sa egga. 🤗

      1 is to 1 ratio po, 1/2 cup sugar plus 1/2 cup hot water.. palamigin po muna bago ilagay sa cake. 🤗

      almost the same po sa ingdts pero magkaiba po ang cooking method since sa caramel, we use sugar to caramelized where in yema, we use condensed to sweetened. 😊

      hi po, para po di super dry ung chiffon cake, bale magtunaw lang po kayo ng kahit 1/4 cup sugar sa 1/2 cup water.. basta drizzle lang po yan sa cake. 🤗

    This is my question kong bakit almost lahat eih white sugar ang ginagamit. And eto lang nakita kong brown sugar ginamit and perfect din pala ang naging outcome 🙂

      @@jja_leigh3 maybe bec. it is marketed differently and we all know naman some of us thinks na white is cleaner daw where in fact you can buy washed sugar from a factory that produces this types of sugar as well.

    Maganda tingnan pero hindinmalambot yong chippon cake na ginawa nya dahil sa paghalo sa flour butter doon sa egg mixture hinalo ng hinalo dapat dahandahan ifold mo ng dahandahan para hindi malusaw yong mirang or icesing na ginawa mo kasi yong icesing naggahold sa butter mixing mo na hindi mag down basta hindi ganon matigas hindi soft yong cake
