    This helps a lot for me to visualize the workouts I’ve been doing, and the mental process behind it. Love it.
    Wanted to ask how long you’ve been powerlifting/ strength training to lift so heavy on the compounds and only lifts?

      Been lifting heavy for about 10 years! took a year off in 2020 due to falling out of love with it

      The SKLZ ones are really good value, so much cheaper than anything else I could find and working great so far!
