I simple man: I see HOSS post video, I "Like" video, I watch video, I HOSS-in-training
Same
Dog: don't worry master... Ill bite anybody who i see making fun of you doing those jumps.
He’s too lazy for that
Question, Will:
You're an inspiration to pretty much everyone in your loyal community, so this question is for those of us that wanna follow in your footsteps:
If you had to start over as an athlete and S&C coach, what steps would you take, brother?
Stay HOSS 🍻 (still trynna figure out that catch phrase 😆)
I’ll answer this next video
Love your content man. Just starting my s&c career as a full-time assistant and it’s cool to get your perspective having been in the field for a while. Keep it up
Just get your shit done. That’s the next slogan on a vest top.
i like your approach to plyos, where you just do a jump of the day, keep jumping higher until you hit your max. It's just so simple and fun as well. It's similar tothe max effort day in conjugate method.
single leg plyos are always a bit scary for me. exploded my gastroc doing single leg broad jumps a few weeks ago (I should''ve rested that day but had a competition coming up)
Can you do a video on the second pull of the clean? My brush point is always too low (above the knee/lower quad).Thank you!
Thanks for the response
Those jumps were brutal, driving the knee is the hardest part. Hopefully these will boost my 1 foot bounce 😭
No time to be soft when SQUATTING with chains. Back and Front.
Good stuff. This channel reminds me of the articles I was reading when I first got into lifting.
Will, how does a volleyball program looks like for college players? i imagine all the jumping is with a two step approach, do you still follow the concept of just lifting heavy in compound movements and doing olympic lifts or you do something more complex for this sport? love the videos
Do you jump for 12 minutes straight
As someone who trains primarily for strength, do you think incorporating some distance running could be a great way to improve conditioning as well as work capacity?
question: do you think that you have to have played college sports to be a good college strength coach?
Nice watching you bouncy around man
would you ever want to be the head S&C coach of a team? or are you comfortable right now
how wide is too wide to grip on bench. when i bench with wider grip i can bench more weight and it hits my chest more over triceps which i like, but my range of motion gets shorter
Will, are you still doing Carnivore?
Do you have a link to that rack you use outside?
Great stuff as always man
No hate, but How common are PED's with division 1 athletes?
I doubt very common, but I don’t know
what language do you programmig in?
My guess is English
