Eckhart Tolle sets the moment now central, being absolute present in now, and just be. Combine both, and if you start to think this and that, doubts are fear for future, so doubts come from the ego. The ego is not an useful tool in this process.

C est pas facile de trouvé de longue méditation en Français sur You tube . Je me pose toujours ces questions pour la méditation ... Pour un problème de santé que je veux régler , je ne sais pas si il faut ce focaliser sur l endroit malade , et comment faire. Pendant une méditation assise doit on rester immobile et silencieux ou s exprimé . Quant on imagine son corps dans l espace ou autre endroit , c est le corps assis sur la chaise , ou je visionne un autre corps dans l'espace . Merci Beaucoup .
Glad my videos have been helpful! I wouldn’t focus on the disease area but have a look at the blessing of the energy centres meditations and listen to the instructions. It’s all about feeling elevated emotions such as joy rather then focus on the disease. For the ‘in space’ parts I focus on being in space floating around not in a chair! Hope that helps
