Yess we got this!!! I am doing so good on this ADF. I learned that if you have too much sugar the day before you go on your fasting you will have a bad headache… Also I know Colleen said that those modified ADF diet don’t work if you are going to do it go all out… it’s essentially a OMAD. ❤🎉

You got this Natalie! You can do anything for 30 days. 😊 When you fast on the opposite days are you giving yourself 500 calories or just fasting the entire day? I’ve seen the ADF several different ways.

@@FatBassterds Hey 👋🏽. So honestly, I just wanted a slight bit of normalcy in my diet. As long as Im not binging or going overboard, I figured I could still shed excess weight with a more balanced diet with carbs included. Ive done keto by itself for many years, and while I understand the concept, I could not always be consistent, and with that diet you really have to be consistent, otherwise you have to start from scratch. 😩
@NatalieLuvsSaeboo well it's working for you. Carbs aren't the devil. Lol But processed carbs are. Gmo wheat, corn syrup etc. Keto can be hassle i bet too. Making dofferent foods etc. Great vids so far. When I make my food reviews vids , I cut out all the dead silences with filmora. Makes video shorter.

Why did you quit keto omad and go with balance diet with carbs? . I saw some of your older keto omad vids.
