Absolutely love your reaction. Great video. Frodo was seriously PTSD’d by his experiences with the Ring. He’s too damaged to resume his former happy hobbit life in the Shire. In elvenhome across the sea he may be able to find healing and peace.
In the book, Smeagle fell into the lava on his own while celebrating he got the ring. Peter Jackson originally wanted Frodo to push him but rejected it as it wasn’t very Tolkien.
Masterwork of setting and practical effects, amazing crew that enjoyed what they did, phenomenal score, and I think the fact they were on set for like 3 years straight for the films REALLY helped make it seem like one ‘real’ setting instead of three movies. Also release pacing was hype af.
That was most excellent. It occurred to me that the title “Return of the King” can also apply to Théoden redeeming his honor and Samwise Gamgee returning to the Shire. 👑
The reason why they are called a wizard, in Tolkien's writing, compared to the traditional DnD wizards, in Tolkien, being a wizard isn't about having some flashy magic and knick knacks to help some specific situations, Wizards in Tolkien's writing means that they are wisemen, or great sages in anime terms, like they give wisdoms and inspirations for the people of Middle-Earth, and Gandalf isn't a normal kind of wizard (Istari) he's an angelic beings a Maia, both Sauron and Saruman are Maiar, an angelic beings from the dawn of creation itself by Eru Illuvatar (the God of Middle-Earth) and along the Maiar there 8(?) or 7(?) chief angels of Archangels known as The Valars, and one of them is the first and true Dark Lord of the Age of Two Lamps, the Two Trees and the First Age of Middle-Earth, Melkor, also known as by the elves Morgoth, age of the two lamps may have lasted about one thousand years and the first two trees lasted over four hundred and lastly the first age lasted for another one thousand years, the Second Age which is now unde Sauron's influence by spreading the evils of Morgoth upto the third age.

Ngl, you have one of the best reactions of LOTR so far. Understandable, you're new to it in the first half of Fellowship, then you start to catch fire from the 2nd half, and then even keep getting better until this one. Excited for you to see the Hobbit trilogy, hopefully you still do the extended editions for those ones
Might totally be wrong here but I think in the books Sauron was still around (not just an eye) and this was only like 1/3 of his army, I believe there were two other locations facing just as massive armies. The final troll Aragorn fights was originally going to be Sauron in the movie but was changed to a troll, you can see early versions of it. That’s why the ‘troll’ was so hellbent on fighting Aragorn and 1v1ing him, even stepping on him. It was supposed to parallel the original fight against Sauron with Aragorn’s ancestor.
@@eusebio237 I see your point but the quality gap was nowhere near as wide as Naruto and that travesty Boruto next generation. Although Boruto two blue vortex is kinda fire.

Best trilogy in my opinion. No other fantasy movie has ever been as good as this one. I rewatch the trilogy every year.
every week my friend

Forget the host with the most. Aragorn is the GOAT with the ghosts.

Bro I was in 8th grade when this shit hit the theatre. You can imagine the hype, and all my nerd ass friends had been reading the books too.
Sam is the MVP with some of the best lines in the movie. And I'm sure anyone would give it up to Legolas like man woman whatever 😂

The Hobbit Trilogy is also really good. People hate on em but i know youll like them
People 'hate on' "The Hobbit"?
Although I didn't find it as peak as TLOTR Trilogy, it was still really enjoyable. Definitely not hate-worthy.

The irony is that Smeagle was the ring’s biggest victim and also its downfall.

My man sounds like the OMG WOW meme when he gets hyped.
Sam may be just a supporting servant, but he shows the same conviction and heroism as any warrior or wizard in this series.
BEST TRILOGY EVER❤
Thank you Tolkien!!!!!
Kinda crazy how Sam basically became a Doomguy in this movie
Doing research on spiders in fun 😁
I personally really enjoyed the hobbit films, but they aren't on the same level as the LOTR trilogy.
same
You should react to the Show Rings of Power. It would be interesting to seewhat you think of it, since you are new to the world 👌😊
