    the website doesn't contain the download for "normal" cr10 V1/V2/V3 printers anymore

    It is incredible and very annoying that CREALITY do a tutorial like this to be able to solve a problem and knowing that if their costumers are here looking for a "COMPLETE" answer because surely they are very annoyed and desperate, they will upload this kind of tutorials that do not solve anything because the famous "driver" is not found nowhere on the "creality" page, is it so easy to put the link directly! but it is very annoying and unprofessional for this company to put this kind of rubbish tutorials.

    there´s no cr10 v3 driver in the page. it even seems that "the printer never existed" almost

    Followed the instruction in this video to update the firmware on my CR10 V3 and now it doesn't power up. When connected by USB the screen gets power but is just blank and not detected by the slicer to attempt another install.
    Seems to be no UK based support for Creality and the seller is giving me the run around, I just want my printer to work again.

    This did not help. I cannot connect using windows. It's a resources problem. And there is no "other devices" option. Moreover, the FTDI package I downloaded from Creality doesn't have any of the files listed.

    So !... is there any firmware flashing possible or NOT ??? What a drag !!! Over1 year later, there still isn't any download for ''flashing the firmware'' available for my CR10 v3 !!! What a mess !!!

    I have Windows 10 and going to the Device Manager, I can't find my Other Devices or USB Serial Port. I remember those options a few versions ago. I've been chasing down problems with my printer for 3 months now. They sent a replacement motherboard that had BLTouch drivers installed by default. It didn't fix the initial issue but was one of the parts they sent hoping just swapping random parts would fix it. They knew I didn't have a BLTouch. So I've been trying to update my firmware to a non-BLTouch version but I can't set my USB port to an actual COM port. So I can't push the updated firmware.

    I am unable to find the print window settings to change it to 'pronterface UI' in fact I don't even have 'preferences' located under file. I am using Creality slicer 4.8.2 (one with the blue desktop icon). I have also tried using 'Creality Print' slicer software and am unable to find the settings. Can anyone assist please? Can't flash any firmware if I can't locate these settings.

    I didn't get the driver bit, just the .hex file and that is useless

    The website has been updated and is nothing like this. Also there is no option to download the CR-10 V3 firmware on the current site

    I feel dumber just watching this. The only thing missing is some risky DOS commands like format c:. If you had real programmers working there you would do it like most companies. Copy the update firmware to a SD, install it in the controller, select update from the menu, done. Why would you need some unknown USB driver installed? Maybe bitcoin mining on their machines, who knows....
    Unbelievably then two people have asked "where is the USB driver that magically appeared in the video come from" and you didn't answer either one. Tone deaf or cant read English?

      We are very sorry for the bad feeling. The driver is for some computers that may lack this driver and cannot get the printer to connect to the computer, so the driver needs to be installed. If the machine is recognised by the USB cable when it is connected to the computer, you can skip the step of installing the driver.
