Yes just add G29; after you G28; in the machine start GCODE.
Nice video. Very simple. This will allow me to increase my hotend temp past 260c right? I just did an e3dv6 upgrade.
Do you know of you can use higher tempreture for the Hotend with this Firmware? I want to by an E3D and i want to use 280degrees.

Can I check. With tiny machines firmware. If run out of filament past the sensor will the bed cool down. Or does the bed stay at temperature?
If I'm flashing from a stock out the box firmware for cr10 v2 will I have z offsets or not ??

When I go into the Index of Firmware and attempt to download the appropriate firmware, Google Chrome just opens it up in a new tab with a wall of text... do I need software or a plugin for Chrome to be able to download the hex file?
I just got the titan dde for cr10 v2. I noticed reality has an update to the firmware. Does tiny machines have that update as well I really like using tiny machines and hopefully there was an option for that thank you!!

How can I tell which version of the firmware is right for me? I also have a BLT with my v2 but also a direct drive. Where can I find what all those codes mean? Also, when I tried to use a version similar to the one you did I got an Upload failed error but it doesn't tell me why

Dear ToC, which is the correct firmware for a CR10 V3 with BLTouch and Direct extruder? Is ist the "CR10V2_BLT_DW7.hex"?
EDIT: With this firmware above, the extruder turns in the wrong direction.
Reverse the motor wires, apparently that's the easiest solution for that.. needs a recompile to do it in the code
man - tried flashing via CURA and got a blue screen! followed this and its up and running. Of course I now dont have the offset numbers.. cant this thing self zero somehow? what could I do to get printing again - thanks SO much, and yesy RESTART was absolutely necessary, before it say cant open port, after restart bingo!

Can the firmware on a bone stock Creality CR-10 V2, specifically, be flashed using the USB port alone? Meaning, does the CR-10 V2 require flashing through the J1 port on the main board using a USB flasher? Or can it be flashed to Marlin 2.x just purely through the USB port?
The v2 has the bootloader already so just flash via usb
@@AhcMeUk ok, wasn't sure. it seems like i keep reading that the cr-10 v2 does not have a boot loader. It has the 2.5.2 main board, bowden tube extruder, and no bl touch

Something to look into. I don't think the V3 comes with bl touch. but i think they do come with the titan extruder, so maybe not.
The link for the driver is not working? Is it just me or is the link bad now?
Did you install a bootloader? I am new to this and have never upgraded my firmware. Some of the other videos i have watched said u have to have one. I bought my machine from tiny machines
It depends on the machine and board you have...
cant download the driver file it says its not there
When I perform the entire procedure as you taught in the X Loader the message that comes to me is: 0 bytes uploaded, what could have happened?
Most likely didn't give xloader admin by right click run as admin.

After I hit upload, I get a message "0 Bytes Uploaded". The printer restarts, but still shows the same screen I normally see, so it seems it is not uploading anything.
When installing the driver, I got the failure message, but as you mentioned, it might mean I had it installed already.
Tried with 2 different cables. Any suggestions?
Ok...so I was able to successfully install the driver. I restarted. Tried to upload, and same result. "0 Bytes Uploaded".
Figured it out. Had to uncompress the .gz file the firmware is packaged in to get the .hex to upload. Rocking and rolling now.

but the archives dwin the sd card whre find???
When I click on the Firmware link, It wont give me the option to download? it just opens up a HEX file in a separate browser

But the date is older than this video and it comes with a bracket file in the driver package. I am a little confused

You have to set it to on in the firmware before flashing just enable and reflash

I'm gonna try that. I don't remember if I did or not. your video is the most informative I have found. I have not been able to update the firmware since I got it about 2 years ago.

The firmware isnt a Hex file. It is a .gz file I cant get it to read

Xloader finished uploading just fine, but now my touch screen is stuck on the "Creality" intro screen.
EDIT* - I realized that my printer is the 10s PRO V2... what an idiot.
This video works great for 10s pro v2 printers as well, however use this hex file: "10SProV2_BIL_DW6.hex.gz" -> hex file is located here (tiny-machines-3d.myshopify.com/pages/10spro) and it's called "CR-10S PRO V2 BL Touch is stock, Z+ port is used and no jumper needed" about halfway down the page.

My CR10 V2 just keeps failing to upload firmware, 10 times and the same message on Xloader each time "Failed to upload" I followed your instructions to the letter..... Please H E L P !
Scratch that.. Sorted it now. I was using ATMega1280 i was meant to be using ATMega2560... Ahh
Ok have you got the correct port set and all other settings correct. Try a different cable. Make sure you have run loader as administrator.
You ever figure this out? Mine isn’t uploading as well
