Great song by Dean Kay and Kelly Gordon. Maybe they didn't imagine that Frank Sinatra could make a hit of this and above all that their song would be used in several movies, like the Joker in 2019.

He really gives "life" to the songs he sings, and this is exactly called... That's Life.
In the movie Joker they use this song several times and it fits perfectly for the Joker character played by Joaquin Phoenix.

you're probably just concentrating a lot or maybe lack confidence. i may be wrong but you could try playing just for the fun of it and without caring if you mess up at all and see if that helps you get into the music more :)
Don't worry that's just you being bad😂 you just need to get better and with that you'll gain the confidence to put your own personality into your music
I think it also has a little something to do with what you're playing as well. For me, it's kind of hard NOT to smile when I'm playing a boogie woogie song or something upbeat like that.
But if I'm playing some Liszt or Chopin, I look like I'm plotting to murder my piano.
