Additionally no house car meets any DOT commercial weight standards per regulation. So, this is unecessary punishment and disrespectful to the Supreme Ct. Rulings. See definitions of licencsure regarding an otherwise immoral act, which these laws are pretty interesting. So force to get what is considered what is needed to do an immoral act, is rather strange to see in these strange words, most never look up. Please have law books available to these innocent men so their word knowledge can be expanded, as we should truly be capable of informed communication for a pleasant way of any meeting of the minds. None want unpleasant days or confrontations, as grown men and women. We have to show our children life can be pleasant when speaking intelligently, honestly and openly in any problem situation. The idea is a workable resolve. If this is about federal contracts, then be honest about these costs and projects. Additionally benefits coming back to the people who help pay them. Or need to write off, these notes and what is really entailed in this "discharge" of charges/and what forms are needed for the people to get that work done, and lighten this problem of childish conflict. When all have a mutual interest in the billing process all will be in a kingdom building healthier and healing the nations outcome. A prosperous outcome for all to enjoy and smile about. I truly want to know more about the right to travel. Could you please share your experience knowledge and thoughts. I have been looking into this for over a year and I am still struggling to understand the benefits of right to travel. I am an old Biker and am currently looking to help some of my brothers who want to ride bikes with us but have lost their driver license for one reason or another. If you can help I will be a good student and put into practice any knowledge you can bestow with me, an once I understand completely I will pass this knowledge on to my Brother so we can travel (Ride) free as God intended. I assure you, it will not be a waste of time.
They're all ll liars. You can't uphold and defend the constitution at the same time you uphold and defend all the laws and ordinances of whatever state and municipality you're working for. The obvious reason is that there are many ordinances and laws which are unconstitutional or require cops to violate people's rights. Cops should think about their oath the next time they are arresting somebody for a "victimless crime " like possession of a substance. Btw "victimless crime" is an oxymoron, and there is no such thing in reality. If there's no victim there's no crime.
Crime doesn't necessitate victim, and you could say the victim is the offender, or the community at large. The Constitution does not outlaw the production of laws which are victimless. And the order the oath is done in is important. If it said state laws BEFORE the constitution, then in such a case, when they conflict, you follow the state. Since you say the US constitution first, that's what you uphold most, more than any other document. Although why you have to do an oath at all is beyond me.
Most of these people will never understand the damnation they just took upon theirs heads for this oath. You cannot serve two masters. The US is not the USA. Hasn't been for over a century.
