This is great info; I am interested in State Police, tests are a real challenge but love challenges, they are always fun and feels great once accomplished. I would be starting from sub zero as i need to fix a 70 pound extra weight but the good news is I have been on the path before and know the formula that works for me hence thinking of taking the challenge.

Who designed this archaic test? The military stopped using situps cos theyee a trash exercise that grinds the lower vertebra disks in the spine, they mimic no real life movement. The army literally halved their recruit injury rate when they replaced situps with planks.
