I am among the many viewers that subscribed pre-debut and were looking forward to this channel. I am a high handicapper looking to replace everything in the bag except for my new Ping driver and reliable putter. All of the clubs in my bag are 10-plus years old or were used when I got them. So I going to continue to watch this channel to learn from you.
As a founding member I want to thank Rick for rekindling my love of golf. Been playing over 25 years after starting late in life and for the last several years have not played as much due to the dreaded “senior” decline. I discovered Rick Shiels golf last fall and it got me fired up again. So I’ve been working on managing the swing I have instead of wishing for the one I used to have. I have played more this year than in the last 5 or 6 years and have set a goal to bring my handicap back down to my old number. This will be done by getting fitted with my first new set of clubs since 2005 as well as practicing the way I used to in the past. Rick and crew bring so much to the table it’s hard to really express my appreciation properly. I know the new channel will be a big H.I.T and I can’t wait to see what he has in store for us. Only found your vids over the past few weeks as I’ve just started hitting balls again now I’ve finished rebuilding a house and got a baby into the toddler phase. Been really useful and managed to get me a few more points up at Mottram on an Industry Golf day; so you’ve got another subscriber on both channels. That studio is astounding as well!
