What will dispatcher write in the rate agreement for carrier? Will each time the rate of negotiation will be informed to carrier on a paper to receive that amount, would it be zero% or $300 from your video live call example? how will a carrier trust a dispatcher without a proof? What if dispatcher does not pay at all because we said zero%?... i am so confused because i have said this to a owner-operators today but don't know how to put this into an agreement on papers and in practice.. please help me :)
Thank you for posting this video it has been helpful. However, I do have a question. I followed your steps to get to the fitness "interstate common carrier (except household goods)" part of the pdf. In order to find out more about each company I copied and pasted their MC# that was given to us in the pdf into the Carrier snapshot ( the one you used in the beginning). When I did that, it told me that they have no record of the MC number of the SAFER database. So, instead, I searched the companies by their name. The operating status for ALL of the companies I tried says "NOT AUTHORIZED". This means the entity's USDOT number is active. However, the carrier does not have any operating authority and is not authorized to operate as an interstate, for-hire carrier. Does it mean they have no authority to work? How did you use these leads if the MC# doesn't work?

Okay, let's say the CARRIER will be paid $1000.00 to carry a load. The CARRIER will pay the DISPATCHER $50.00 from the $1000.00 and takes home $950.00. If the DISPATCHER negotiates $50.00 with the SHIPPER and he/she agrees to pay $1050.00, the CARRIER takes home his/her $1000.00 because, through negotiation, the DISPATCHER charged his/he service fees to the SHIPPER. Don't you think the DISPATCHER kept that $50.00 in the CARRIER's pocket?

@@charlesmundy3350 i just called and told them i run an independent dispatch service and they gave me access without a MC i just gave them my LLC name they looked it up and i payed 99.99 for truckers edge i have full access to search up loads moving
Hey Charles I have a question as an independent dispatcher would you need some kind of software to track carriers in real-time is this required I only ask cause as a former driver I'm used to using the Qualcomm to communicate with the dispatcher?

You use the leads and resources but once you find out that a carrier is not authorized, you move on to the next carrier.
