- Gordon Ramsay travels to Baltimore to try to turn around a restaurant that is suffering because its owner, Denise Whiting, has managed to alienate the surrounding community. When Denise opened Café Hon in 1992 it was a roaring success, but as a result of her unwavering business ambition the local community decided to boycott the restaurant, leaving Denise frustrated by falling sales.

You can always tell the owner or chef is a massive red flag right away when they’re wearing some weird custom chef coat. It just screams narcissism to me.

Here, in Tasmania Australia, there's a grocery store called Hill Street Store. It's on a street, called "Hill Street", ironically. They did the same thing as this owner did and trademarked the name "Hill Street". This meant no other business on the street could call themselves "Hill Street ". Totally, silly and totally alienated everyone around them. Long story short, the trademark was changed to "Hill Street Store".

No, broccoli that is hard isnt that appertising...its healthier yes ..but its not the nicest to eat..its bland ,hard and tastless...some people like the raw taste but majority dont..
I'd love to see Gordon do a restaurant programme again instead of these therapy shows 😢😢😢😢😢 like come on people. The staff are supposed to be terrified of Denise because she will fire people for anything simple... but from the second Gordon walks in the staff are talking giving out about her on camera snd too her face in the meeting 🙄. If it was a real reality show the staff wouldn't come straight out like that.. if you want to see a real Kitchen Nightmares show watch the original UK one. No acting just real people ...
