I’ll never understand why people think running a restaurant is so easy. Have they never seen how much servers have to run around in a busy restaurant? Even just watching how hard they need to work as a diner should give people some idea that it’s hard work.
Even though the guy was wrong, asking an employee why he doesn't open his own restaurant if he thinks he can do better is a very ignorant thing to say. Could've been handled better.
