Wife and I start EVERYDAY following you! Thank you for all of your great exercises. Having some lower back stiffness though - any recommendations?
make sure you cool down afterwards, stretches specifically for lower back. soaking in Epsom salt is great too😁

Full-Body Dumbbell Workout - Burn Fat in 15 Minutes
I love those. But what if my legs are stronger than my arms. I mean for example side lounges & raise. My legs can handle 14 pounds but my shoulder not. Any solutions?? Or is a compound move in this case maybe not the right move???
If you are trying to build strength or muscle mass in a specific area then a more isolated exercise would be a better choice - allowing you to choose your max weight for that specific muscle group! 💪🏻
Does it matter which leg to correspond with the side we hold the weights in the lunge and snatch workout?
Neither option is wrong - but I like the stabilization and extra core work involved when you use opposite sides. Try both ways and see what difference you notice in your body 🙌🏼
