These types of moments, although not uncommon were a bit far between but since the Factory Striders (for non HD2 players think AT-AT with lots of guns and ability to make more robots) can drop on any dropship called by the small bots, these moments are not only more common, they've become almost the norm and I fucking love it.

The best Advertisement is the gameplay. Every AAA trailers/teasers are mostly Cinematics with Narration then Title drop at the end then few seconds of a sneak peak of something they believe worth to hype for.
The constant nerfing of our favorite weapons while some enemies were still hard to beat, the way the community managers acted and behaved, and the PSN account requirement, which isn't available in a lot of countries, certainly didn't help the game... I believe it's already playable in some non-PSN countries, but others still can't play apparrently.
I said it before and I'll say it again, Helldivers 2 is in the lead for the upcoming GOTY. It clears the entire competition with ease and no upcoming games are looking like they'll dethrone it. This game is legitimately one major bug fix/weapon optimization away from being the co-op shooter for the next 3-5 years. Hopefully the devs deliver.
Big update is coming 3 days from now, if the murmur from the devs are to believe
Big update dropped today
The game hasn’t worked properly since launch. That better be one hell of a major patch. You’re acting like it’s not completely broken

I love how Attack on Titan music is just twisted into Helldivers 2 now
Attack on Hell
Sounds kinda badass! I like it!
To be fair, every base defense mission against bugs might as well be an AoT simulator. You even have Bile *Titans*!

Just another usual day in Helldivers 2.
The Automatons got a sweet dose of Liber-Tea
The last three hits on the titan in sync with the music is just... Perfect
After many hours of enjoying Helldivers 2, as a person who loved the first game you can tell this is a genuine passion project of the devs involved. The addition of an Attack on Titan song in that clip made it even more epic, lol.
They didnt need to spend a dime on any type of advertising when the player base is doing it for them with just the game play
These types of moments, although not uncommon were a bit far between but since the Factory Striders (for non HD2 players think AT-AT with lots of guns and ability to make more robots) can drop on any dropship called by the small bots, these moments are not only more common, they've become almost the norm and I fucking love it.
You either played in a low af difficulty, or were incredibly unlucky. Me and my best friend get scenes like this about every 2-3 missions.
i only play on difficulty 9-10 and this happens 24/7
The AOT music was a nice touch.
the way that factory strider pulled up after the explosion was cold af
Imagine whenever a battlefield like this gets it's own OST would be sick...
This game is basically a combination of EDF and Starship Troopers, and Terminator I guess, of course it's gonna be amazing.
Like these big cinematic scenes are something you'd see right out of EDF.
That wasn't a cinematic. That's just normal gameplay. And by the lack of 1 million lasers not being shot at him, not even on the highest difficulty... Helldiver.
@@syko2164 he didn't say it was a cinematic, just that this scene is cinematic in spirit

I literally just posted that this game is EDF if Sandlot had a budget.
EDF has its share of insane moments, but it's a totally different design. It's still an (mostly) amazing series with some unbelievable gameplay.
The insane laughter is my favorite part.
would you not have a momentary lapse in sanity in that moment? faced with unspeakable, unending odds and yet somehow still managing to hold the line?
Scenes like this is happening all over the galaxy

That is actually the voice actor known for playing as Sasuke Uchiha from the Naruto dub.

This game has the world building of starship troopers, the camaraderie of Halo, and the combat visceralness/epicness of Gears of War and 40k. What the fuck doesn't it have????
Melee weapons.......that's it.
Stability. thats my only gripe. Even with the update today the game still crashes. Or more accurately nprotect crashes, taking the game with it.

And this is one of the best reasons to take the HMG emplacement, put it in a solid defensive position and these cinematic moments simply happen.
Also, Games Workshop need to throw ALL the money at these devs, a 40k game just like Helldivers would be one of the most amazing things ever.

When your game looks like a movie you know you’re doing everything right.
Looking at this, this was amazing. It sucks how badly they killed their own game. I mean look at this! This is insane!
Thankfully that's all over.

As a warhammer fan.....yeah.
TATAKAE!!!
And to think that the only editing that was done to that Helldivers 2 clip was adding the music. Everything else was raw game footage.
Damn, the fact that the machine gun ran out of ammunition is actually insane. Made me scream when he stopped shooting.
I said it before and I'll say it again, Helldivers 2 is in the lead for the upcoming GOTY. It clears the entire competition with ease and no upcoming games are looking like they'll dethrone it. The launch experience was admittedly miserable but this game was only expected to sell a fraction the number of copies they did, and over it's entire lifespan. I'm ready to be wrong and a better game comes along. I welcome it, even. But as it stands Helldivers 2 is in first place.
