Very interesting recipe as usual that's restricted only by one's imagination - Italian beef sausage, ground beef or turkey, black, black olives, chicken and pineapple the combo, Jamaican peppers and fish, list is endless!! Perfect for a brunch table too, thanks Gemma!!!

Hey Gemma, I made these pizza cupcakes and they were amazing! I put mozzarella, pineapple and tomato sauce and added chilli flakes to the batter. It was just divine! Can't wait to try more combination. Thank you so much for sharing! God Bless!

Italian... here I am! Gemma I love you and your recipes and, as an Italian (from Milan specifically), I just want to tell you that I will surely try this Pizza Muffins!! This is a baked dish, so you can use any pan really! About 8 inches/20 cms, 3 inches/7cms (ish) deep. This will work as a cake, bake for a little longer, test it as you go, when it is brown and firm to the touch it will be done. serve in wedges! :)
Elif Nur take the lid from a Mason jar and put them on a flat pan. the put cupcake liners in side them
