    Hi Ma'am Mc! Is the AIPP still a good option to consider? I've read that it has been extended for only 2 years. Will it still be available if ever I choose a school in the Atlantic region next year?

    • @studyliveexploreca
      @studyliveexploreca  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Seems like as of now it is available until December 2021
      www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/atlantic-immigration-pilot.html
      I am not sure what they will do after that, but keep in mind there are other immigration programs as well and I would think the atlantic provinces would still try to get people to immigrate and stay there.

    hey, sorry, this might seem like a couple of elemental questions, but, are 2 year programs useful for someone who´s just get out of high school? and, is it posible to move to another province after getting my work permit without ruining my immigration process? Thanks!

    Hi MC! I've seen your video about NBCC and they have a 1 year post graduate diploma too. I have a bachelor and 3 years of working experience, so says if I were to take the program what are the options of me getting a PR after I'm finished with it?

    • @studyliveexploreca

      Hi,
      best check the immigration programs in NB and your CRS score. If the AIPP is still available at that time, your chances should be pretty good.

    Hi Ms. MC, what if for now I opt to take 1 year program and later on as I completed my 1st semester I changed my mind and decided to take another 1 year program, do I need to indicate that on my study plan? Since as for now I’m still undecided and I am thinking that might be a problem later on?

    Hello you really have a good information site about student visas. You mentioned in your previous posts that PSW is in demand nowadays and here in BC, there are lots of schools offering such. MY question is some only offers it at max of 8months. Would this be a problem in case in applying for PGWP? (since it's less than a year). Thanks in advance for the reply

    Once we complete our one year program in Canada ... do we need to to evaluation of that program as well. Apart from that when we are applying for PR and once our application gets selected should we also show $13000 as proof of funds to CANADIAN government.

    Hi Ms. Mc, aspiring international student here, I'm planning to study a 1 year program (Culinary) at Fanshawe then get another 1 year program at NBCC since it's a lot cheaper. By the way I'm applying to get a PR in an Atlantic region. Would that be a good plan?
    Btw, it's too late for me to withdraw my application in Fanshawe since I paid already 2300 CAD last May for the intial deposit. My application is thru an agency here in Pasig.
    How I wish I watched your video (low tuition fee schools in canada) earlier so instead of paying at fanshawe for 1 year programI could have a 2 year program in New Brunswick instead.
    I hope you can read this. Thank you in advance.

    • @studyliveexploreca
      @studyliveexploreca  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, thanks for your comment:)
      If you do two one year programs, that can be ok, but they should be related in a way/ you have to explain in your SOP why you are doing this. (saving money is not a valid reason for that) It is possible, but make sure to arrange having your study permit extended so you can do the other program at NBCC. Also make sure it works timewise, moving to a new place, etc.
      Btw if your study permit should get rejected, you will likely get some money back from Fanshawe (not saying it will)
      hope this helps ;)

    • @studyliveexploreca
      @studyliveexploreca  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      And yes there is no chance u can get your money back from Fanshwe! My sister lost 2300 too from fanshawe, applied for appeals not granted! She just went to nbcc and let go the 2300, because at the of the day you will still save money if u transfer somewhere else now. We had terrible experience with Fanshawe they have no mercy comes to refunding money.

    Hi, My son is at present in Canada. He has completed one year course and now pursuing his second course which started September 14th. My query is still he hasn't got his study permit extension which he has applied on July 10th. Now he is in implied status. Can you suggest any updates as we are worried very much.
    When he raised a web form they said due to minimal staff the process is delayed.

    • @studyliveexploreca
      @studyliveexploreca  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hm, maybe he could request GCMS notes?
      www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/transparency/access-information-privacy/requests-information-act.html
      He should definitely make sure that he is allowed to stay and whether he is allowed to study as well.
      Sometimes its helpful to just ask CIC on their twitter account.

    • @studyliveexploreca

      @@studyliveexploreca yes but the 2nd program will have pgwp. This is only for cases where after the 1st program in a private college you already have over 470 crs points. Because a private DLI will qlso give you CRS points. After the 1st program apply for EE then enroll in a school with pgwp

      You can study in Nova Scotia and then study again in Toronto. You will have to get a new study permit or extend the first one. You dont have to work in NS unless you want to use their Immigration prgrams, I assume, but depends on the program.

The first two years will be used to study the basic courses and receive diplomas in pre med and pre- pharmacy then the other years to further my education as required for my desired career. does that mean i am only able to apply for PGWP after those five years or ..... idk 😥😣😪I HOPE YOU SEE THIS.

      Depending on what those programs are you might be eligible to apply after one of them.
      However, I would recommend getting all your studying done and then get the PGWP since you can only get that once in your life. Also the longer the studies, the longer the PGWP
      you can find the PGWP requirements on the link below.

    Good day Ms. MC, i already applied for a 1 year program at the Niagara College for May2021 intake. And after watching this vlog, i think 2 years program will be the right choice. But for me 1+1 program = 3yrs pgwp will be my planB when i got PR denial. Should i wait for the result of my PR application before taking another program or have another program immediately after graduation of my 1 yr program? Thank you Ms. MC!

What if the school is a private vocational school, is that classified as a Canadian private school that can award degrees?

      Hi, thanks for your comment.
      The main reason is that a one year program will only get you a one year Post Graduation Work permit.
      A two year program however gives you up to three years. This simply gives you more time to gain Canadian work experience, find an employer to support you if necessary, gain more points for immigration.
      It depends on your CRS score.

Remember all the information you provided while applying for a student will be still there and they will take those documents for reference when you apply for PR and if they find out you lied in ur application not only will they won't approve ur visa but they will make sure you can't apply anymore visa not only to Canada but to USA, Australia, newzealand, UK because these countries share fraudulent applicants. Never ever lie in ur visa application. They will find out and when they find out you would be in more problem than ever.
